My spouse bought a vehicle here and they snuck in so many hidden charges over $20,000 was added to loan. The sales guy personally called my insurance to add it to my policy fraudulent after telling me it was none of my business. They will rob you blind at this dealership and give you a wrecked salvage vehicle!!!!

Not to happy about the sale of the 2020 Chevy Malibu i got. Already found a few problems with the car, the front left fender clip to hold it on is broken causing the fender to come loose. A nice crack on the driver's door panel that i didnt put there. A chip in the windshield. Just found a small metal box beneath my moms seat, i have no idea what that is. The lining in the trunk is loose. Very unhappy about the stuff i found. Normally car dealerships let ya know what you are approved for a vehicles price range. Been getting treated like I don't have a option in the matter of discussing what vehicle I want. Its always been here take this car and be happy about it. Well, i am getting tired of driving cars, this last visit I was really hoping to get either a truck or a suv, but nope. Instead got ended up with a other car. At least let me have some options instead of giving me a car that im not happy with. Didn't even offer me a option for a suv either I really don't like the attitude of heres a car that we have picked out for ya, it should be more like of what the customer wants. Feels like I'm being forced to take something i dont like. I do know one thing if I go to trade the car in after i pay it off and they tell me to get a other car. Im saying nope and im leaving to find a better and more friendly place that i can get a suv/truck at. I would give them a 0 star rating if i could

Took my truck in to have transmission electronics replaced and they gave my truck back to me knowing it wasn’t shifting correctly still and told me to bring it back in if it doesn’t “fix itself” in a couple weeks. I just took it back in only for them to tell me they can’t fix it and would have to take it to another shop.

Jake made me sign $1300.00 down and start paying $562.00 for a car I couldn't drive for over a week and still didn't get everything fixed and couldn't even get it detailed in the week and a half and I had to wait when I got there so he could have someone send it through the car wash then I scheduled on a time to get it fixed and drove all the way there from hutch with one of my vacation days still didn't get it fixed and now I'm going to have to take another vacation days that I don't have

Spoke to Troy about a cargo van. Had me drive out to find it in the garage. Troy said it was not ready to drive. Why waste anyone's time. Why even list the vehicle until it's able to be driven? P.S. damage on drivers side, NOT pictured.

They were recommended by several friends and family. Best car buying experience yet. Looked online at vehicles, called ahead for pre-approval, (they work with any credit issues), went the next day testdrove the vehicle and was done with everything in 2 hours.
