A few weeks ago, my car's check engine and traction lights unexpectedly came on and Longbine Auto Plaza was the closest GM/Chevy dealer. I'm not from Emporia, and I had no intention to stop there in my travels. But, I'm glad that Longbine Auto Plaza was there to help me when my car stopped working. They went out of their way to help me on what looked to be an already incredibly busy Saturday. I don't know what I would've done without their assistance. My interactions with everyone were great, but I particularly appreciated the assistance of Josh Rogers and Daren Moore! Very thankful for their help!

My truck broke down and left me stranded in emporia on the first day of vacation. With no parts for months coming because of factory back orders and no rental cars with in a 100 miles. I decided to buy a vehicle to continue on with vacation and get me back home afterwards. Definitely not ideal conditions but could have been way worse. These guys knew my situation and could have really taken advantage of that situation. They helped me call for rentals and called a tech back in to diagnose my truck to confirm my situation. They sold me a truck at a fair price. Honestly not sure I could have bought it cheaper anywhere else and did it extremely promptly. From start to finish in under 2 hours. To say this place has integrity and does business the right way is an understatement. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. If your looking for good old fashion local service and treat ya like family this is definitely the place. Thank you for everything you did for me.

James Sparks was the most polite, professional, and caring car salesman I have ever dealt with. Jay in financial was great to work with also. Ed was also a kind polite professional person with the dealership. Overall a great experience

After getting my oil changed and having left, I was called to return as they noticed a spot of oil left from where my vehicle was. Fortunately I was not too far away as there was a significant leak coming from my vehicle. Upon returning, I was informed there was an issue with the oil filter, that was allowing the leak. I am happy I was not too far away and was able to return before all oil was lost. Happy to have it fixed, but a little unnerving to know how much was leaking and it was not noticed before leaving.

I had a engine light on a 2010 Chevy Malibu along with service traction, service sensor , and a esc indicator. I paid over $800 and the only thing they turned off was the engine light. I hate this company in emporia ks. They fixed nothing, just robbed me for close to $1000 !!! NEVER GO TO LONGHORN CHEVROLET EMPORIA KS! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
