Warning: Don't order online! Currently waiting and it was been over 3hrs from the time window that my online order was suppose to be delivered. I tried calling the store but the phone number didn't work. I hate paying for an order (that I need and cant cancel) then paying extra for it to be delivered. No one should have to spend their money for bad service.

Inside, it looks like an older store, slightly worse for wear. This location only sells groceries. I thought I remembered this as being a regular Wal-Mart store, but things have changed since a few years ago. Looks like there might be a little seasonal merchandise here too.

The people's at this walmart I don't know them personal but when u go there often their is like family great customer service very helpful nice attitudes n atmosphere im loving it neighborhood workers know the people in the neighborhood n it's a great day in the neighborhood 👍👌😊 n I'm loving it!!

Been here about half a dozen times since moving here with average shopping experiences. Today was different, was joking with the young man out front wondering if they still felt the same today as years ago about someone stepping on their clean white sneakers. Then the young lady in the deli had a great attitude and actually didn't act like her job or being nice also was the end of the world. I made sure I told her how appreciative I was and what a great job she was doing, then made sure I found the manager to let him know.

Used their grocery pickup and I was given ROTTEN limes, onions and ground turkey that expired almost 2 weeks ago, today is March 15th this expired on March 5th. The staff is always rude at this location so I didn’t even bother going back to return the spoiled food. Disgusting

I really believe that corporate needs to sends someone out to investigate why this location performance is so horrible. New leadership is desperately needed at this location the fact that it is across the street from my house is the only reason I handle business here the pure convenience. This is by far the worst neighborhood Walmart in The state Of Tennessee located in East Memphis. They fired some great employees just to hire individuals who don't want to work. Not only are most of their produce spoiled, they store is never fully stocked so you always have to come back to see if want you came to the store for is actually on the shelves. The self checkout line is always packed and they only open two registers that can assit other customers. You would think with all its employees the carts would always be fully stocked that's never the case. The money center is open on certain days when the employees who have been trained to work in it are there. You can't return items if you didn't get it from that Walmart even if you got it from a super center. In my opinion the day they added the self checkout lines that's when the store started to lose what made it great. It's like walking inside of a high school some employees are working some are playing, you can tell who's new and who's been working there for a while its pathetic. The fact that everyone who works here is comfortable with doing nothing

Went inside one day for a gift card the lines was very long and I was trying to get to a birthday party. So I realized customer service was open it was literally one person in line. I had stood there for a good 15 minutes and the lady asked me was I returning I told her no I just needed to load a gift card. She replied by saying oh this returns only it's lines open. As if I hadn't already stood there for the longest. As they was finishing up with the customer ahead of me she literally walked away and left me standing there. So rude of her to just leave me standing there and it was plenty of people standing around doing nothing at all. So happening a male manager walks up and ask me have I been helped and I told him no I needed a gift card loaded he basically had the same energy she had but he ended up doing it with the help of another employee cause he didn't have numbers or know how to really work register. Lately this location has gotten lazy and rude. An it's not everyone but they definitely need to have some customer service training.
