Surprisingly they had absolutely everything I was looking for except fresh green beans. It is been hard to find vegetables that I can trust here. The other wonderful thing was that the customer service was nice that people were polite. That seems to be a far scarcity in Memphis. We will definitely be going back the prices were also comfortable to what we are accustomed it is a very clean location and we were surprised that their bakery

I Been going to this Superlo for awhile now. Never tried their Soul food, only their fried, baked and smoked chicken. But they have good soul food. And it's pretty reasonable price as well. The fruit grab and go cup be sweet and good. This one was fully loaded all the way to the top 😆😁😄😋.

I love going to Superlo because they are always stocked. Even when the pandemic hit, they still had more products than other stores. The associates are nice, and get you out quickly.

Nice neighborhood market feel. Easy to shop. Good selection and well-organized.

They only had 1 line open and 2 self check terminals open. Folks were skipping in the self checkout line and other workers were walking around doing restock. The store was packed and even if management, someone could've opened another lane. This was ridiculous. Only reason we shop here is because it's across the street and only needed 2 items and didn't feel like going a long way.

Superlo is a bit pricey because it isn't Wal-Mart or Target. But they do have great, frequent sales for comparison shoppers.

Me and my cousin was in the store on April 3rd a cashier was arguing with a customer we instantly left bcuz we didn't want to get caught in no altercation that was very unprofessional as well another thing customer service is always closed even going to the extinct to say that the western union thing is always down when you want to load money they need to hire some more workers and for the ones that dont want to work stop telling customers that

I highly recommend Superlo for your groceries needs because the store is always well maintained and well stocked. However the best quality of the shopping experience is there ARE ALWAYS available speedy and experienced cashiers at every register. Superlo is the epitome of a Customer focused experience.
