6 Best supermarket in Memphis, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Inside, it looks like an older store, slightly worse for wear. This location only sells groceries. I thought I remembered this as being a regular Wal-Mart store, but things have changed since a few years ago. Looks like there might be a little seasonal merchandise here too. ~Monica

I only have a star in order to be able to give a comment; a star had to be selected. This location has gone to the dogs. It's not the employees, the few that are there, it's the unkept facility, trash on the grounds, the floors inside are filthy and the long lines are ridiculous. I go to the store in Olive Branch which is at least 25 minutes away to receive A+. I don't blame the workers because they are doing the best that they can, as I stated, there are only a handful of them. I just left the store and the young lady that was checking customers out was visibly frustrated because she was scheduled to get off at 4:30 p.m. it's nine minutes til 5:00 p.m. and she is stuck at work. There is only two lanes open and the lines are down the aisle. She stated she couldn't leave the other person with so many people to check out. Management needs to send other employees to this location or get on the registers themselves. As often as I can I will be going to Olive Branch. ~Passionflower

So I finally went to Roxie's, I ordered the Triple Uptown Combo that came with fries and a drink. It was delicious. I couldn't bite it because it was so huge. I was cutting off of it with a knife. I ate off this burger for 2 days. It was very tasty. Most definitely will visit again. ~Evelyn

If you want some great and fresh breakfast at 6 am, you might want to be here. Apart from being consistently stocked, The exemplary customer service from Jackie and others is something that I always look forward to as well. ~Zachary

If you live in the mud island or downtown area and miss Whole Foods or Trader’s Joe, then look no further. It’s a compact, a bit upscale grocery in the neighborhood area. It’s well organized and looks fancy. They have fresh produce to meat, wine, cheese, beer ( they have the best collection of beers, my bf certified the place lol), cleaners and usual stuff. They have their own deli section as well. Although I haven’t had the opportunity to eat, I’m sure the sandwiches are good. ~Debisree
