Less than one star. My autistic son has saved his money for almost a year to get and airsoft gun. To come home with it having no battery. No on answering the phone. There is no customer service. No morals. No company does this

What a great place; a hidden treasure! My friend John introduced me to Mickey's Surplus and I became an instant fan. Great Army, hunting, winter and camping gear among other really cool stuff!! I had been searching for a place that sold patches of all kinds and now I've found it! You know love is a very powerful idea and John and I appreciate the caring and professional service we receive every time! Ernie knows his inventory well and can direct you to just the quality products you're looking for. But most importantly, I have to mention the lovely, kind, compassionate woman who always loans us her scissors so we can remove all tags right away and hit the ground running.... Thank you, everyone at Mickey's Surplus Store

Customer service is non-existent. Immature employees answer the phone and have no tact or bearing. Purchased goods that are breaking before use. (The employee had known of the missing screw and said nothing❗️)Called the store for an exchange or refund, and was talked down at until I had to hang up the phone. The employee was stating that I would have to send it to Gerber, when it was missing a screw to begin with... Really should look anywhere else. Never again will I waste money at this establishment. A real shame, telling all that I know. If there was an option for ZERO STARS, I would have. I sure hope the owner or manager sees this: I had talked to you on the phone this morning, calling about the knife. You had commented of owning a coyote one. Really would care for some conversation right now. See y'all later...BUT NOT THERE!
