We stayed at this location, surroundings were so disgusting. Trash everywhere. While we were waiting for a shower, in waiting area. I saw employee go in one shower with a small cleaning towel. He came out, I'm not kidding, 3 minutes later, He had supposedly cleaned the shower. We looked inside it, besides being dirty, it was in a poor condition. We walked right out. The lady at register was very nice though, but place NOT RECOMMENDED. Very dirty.

There will be no parking available even if u get there during day time inside the store it’s so nasty they never ever clean. LAZY PEOPLE. I would recommend not to come.

Everytime you will get a shower, you have two choices; 1. A sign that said shower are closed until further notice. 2. You leave your phone number and they call you in between 30 min and two hours. Finally when they say that your shower is ready, see in the picture how your shower look like. No restaurant, restrooms are dirty and stinky as you won’t ever imagine. It’s your choice.

This is that dirtiest Pilot I've ever been to. The showers are nasty never cleaned pubic hair all over shower mold hair all over the floor. Don't ever come here this was my first and last time I will ever come here.

Store number 524 pilot travel center .Is Independently Own When you walk in the store their signs saying Ice machine down That's been posted for a while, Showers are Down When you ask about that they tell you check back in the morning. I walked over to the showers one shower doors open Someone already used the shower but they were too lazy to clean it. The other shower was in use. The Men's Rest room sink Faucet broke Look like it's been like that for a while And filthy .For anyone As a truck driver Do not come here for anything this was my 1st time and it's my last time I will ever show up here. The only reason you see one star is because to post you have to put A star up This store receives 0 stars from me.

Not tons of parking. Showers weren’t working. Independently owned pilot ran by foreigners. Don’t stop here unless you need too

The only reason I go here is because it’s the only place where my work’s fuel card works. Half the pumps don’t work and the ones that do leak, the store is very filthy and don’t use the restroom… it smells bad and very disgusting. The only Pilot Flying J that’s like this. Every other location is very clean.

Quite possibly the dirtiest pilot I’ve ever visited. Pilote should consider pulling their name from this place. Its just dirty. 4 toilet stalls none of which had toilet paper one of them not flushed. Not even the dirtiest pilot its the dirtiest truck stop

This is a privately owned Pilot. I've never seen on of those. They even have signs saying they don't participate in any deals on the Pilot app. They have Boyd's coffee service. Powdered cream for coffee. Food service all seems to be homemade stuff. Normal convenience store type snacks. They have a few reserved parking spots for trucks but you have to be in the spot to reserve it. All in all a nice little mom and pop operation but I'm surprised that pilot would have their name on it.
