I’ve been ordering delivery and take out from Shabu Lee for years and they never disappoint! Food is always nice and warm, and the drivers and staff always great with a friendly smile! 5 star service for sure!

First experience I ever have with this store. They leave my food outside and the neighbors dog was eating it the bag was not close this is a poor poor customer service I will not be ordering from here again not even one star I would give you guys i’m sorry.

People were friendly but the service was bad. No serving utensils. We ordered chicken and broccoli, but they brought us beef with broccoli. We sent it back. They returned quickly with the chicken but had just dumped the beef out and replaced it with chicken. There were still pieces of beef in the dish and it tasted like beef. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Everything we ordered was if it had been frozen and microwaved 5 times. Specifically, the wraps for the moo shi were hard as rocks and just broke into pieces when we tried to assemble. The moo shi was bland and pretty much just cabbage. Dumplings were too hard to eat, as well as a scallion pancake. Hot and sour soup had no flavor except for an overabundance of pepper flakes. $50 and we only got to eat about $5 worth. I honestly feel insulted that someone would serve me their trash! The only good thing I can say is that delivery was fine.

Ordered a bento box, which is $12 dollars on my menu. When I got there the guy told me it was $15+tax I asked when the prices changed and he said about 6 months ago. I asked for a new menu and he said they hadn't updated it yet. So you're basically lying about your prices? How do you get away with that. Food was only worth 3 stars at the old price anyway, 2 stars is a compliment. 1 star for lying about it.

We enjoyed "properly prepared" moo shu here, just like Joyce Chen in Boston years ago. They use ALL the ingredients needed for proper taste. And no sloppy sauce of mostly soy sauce as a substitute. 6 pancakes are always needed and Shabu Lee is the very first restaurant that includes 6 with your order. Others charge extra for 2 more! The fried oyster appetizers were special. Six, huge, tasty crust. We'll be back to get every appetizer on their specials black board after the oyster success. Just walked by and decided to try their food. Nice people too. We will be back and will tell everyone to go for a wonderful meal.

Shabu lee is a small Japanese/ Chinese restaurant located in downtown Norwood. This little place serves some of the most amazing food with very reasonable prices. I’ve never had to chance to dine in at this place due to this on going pandemic but, I’ve had takeouts from Grubhub and Uber eats from this place. The food is delicious and the portion size is decent enough. The prices are decent as well. I’ve tried their wonton dumpling noodle soup, spring rolls and egg rolls and all were fantastic and yum. I’d surely order again from this place and try some more of their offerings. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent Chinese/ Japanese meal at a reasonably affordable price point.
