When I came to pick up my order there was employees arguing in the front and they had forgot to make one of the pizzas. I waited 20 minutes for them to make that missing pizza and when I got home it was incorrect. I called the store to ask for a refund on that pizza and the manager came on the line, did not let me say anything, and said “we can credit your account or remake the one pizza, but we will not be refunding or remaking your entire order” I let the manager know that I was not trying to get anything for free and that I did not appreciate her saying that. This was not my mistake and it was not fault they messed up the order but they were still rude to me while I was picking it up and again when I called. Not sure why they were so rude to me but it’s very disappointing when we order from that location all the time. Now I have a store credit for a location I don’t want to visit.

I ordered from here twice and seems to be a good place to order from. The folks There are pretty nice And looks like a clean place.

Worst pizza I ever had from there, no extra ham, really hardly any there at all! Ingredients were all stuck in the middle and the edges bare and burnt

First off, the manager named Dakota needs to be fired immediately. His behavior on 3/9/2022 at 10:23pm was customer abuse based on my many years of management experience. I placed an order online and used the last monies I had to pay for the order as I was getting paid the next day. I called to ensure that a customization was being done and was hung up on after someone answered the phone “We are closed” and then hanging up the phone. I kept calling back because I already placed my order and wasn’t placing one over the phone. I finally yelled on the 5th call to get his attention and did as he was about to say the same thing and he then said that the order will not be made and that I will have to take it up with the general manager the next day as it is not his problem. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable behavior and needs to be addressed immediately. I am pasting the screenshot of the calls I made. Keep in mind that on several of these calls, I was on hold for minutes before the rude message and before the successful final call.

I love the Brooklyn Pizza. Not as good as Elizabeth's, but close enough to order it 2 nights in a row. Also, placed order online for pickup. I spent more time walking from my car to the door than I did in the store. It was fast and there was someone else placing an order. NY Style pizza is over rated maybe get the crust well done will make it better. This is a jumping location with no parking availability, only 2 spaces for drive up delivery in which I had to pick up myself due to limited parking. One man had to drop his wife off by herself in the snow to walk in by herself. Parking lot was shoveled but there's 2 other businesses next door

We ordered 26 pizzas on the Papa John’s app.We set the order for the next day @ 8:30pm. Everything was hot, ready & on time. The staff was extremely pleasant and they carried them to my vehicle for me. I cannot say every experience with a Papa John’s has gone this smoothly, but Kernersville location has always been on point.

The pizza we got was great, the wings where good and the service was great but the jalapeno pops where god awful. Dry and had no cheese in them and had white powder stuff all over them. They went right in the trash.

Pizza was fresh and hot. There was a mix up with part of the order so a free two liter came my way. Ordering on the app is convenient but rarely follows the straight line path from order to me getting the right stuff on time.
