Best pizza restaurant in Kernersville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

When I came to pick up my order there was employees arguing in the front and they had forgot to make one of the pizzas. I waited 20 minutes for them to make that missing pizza and when I got home it was incorrect. I called the store to ask for a refund on that pizza and the manager came on the line, did not let me say anything, and said “we can credit your account or remake the one pizza, but we will not be refunding or remaking your entire order” I let the manager know that I was not trying to get anything for free and that I did not appreciate her saying that. This was not my mistake and it was not fault they messed up the order but they were still rude to me while I was picking it up and again when I called. Not sure why they were so rude to me but it’s very disappointing when we order from that location all the time. Now I have a store credit for a location I don’t want to visit. ~Melissa
