When I entered this Walgreens, I had the exact item picture and I tried asking a employee about where it was. She was incredibly rude and obnoxious, after showing her the exact item - she acted as if I didn’t know what I was looking for and lead me to the wrong thing. Incredible, they should at least know how to act when I try asking for help.

The pharmacist named Silus is just flat out rude and has absolutely no idea how to talk to customers. I’ve had several confusing and maddening conversations with him where I have to ask lots of questions to try and decipher his “explanations.” He gaslighted me the last time and then hung up on me. So, I called back and asked for the store manager. The mgr-on-duty (ie, assistant mgr), Paula, gets on the phone and then SHE starts lying to me about who she is and what she can do about Rude Silus. To top it off, she refused to tell me who the actual store manager was until I started getting upset. Since this all just happened recently, I haven’t spoken to the store mgr, Chris, yet but fingers crossed he has enough sense to get rid of these 2 and hire people with integrity and customer service skills.

It says online they do blood pressure checks. They don't. But they sell blood pressure devices for $50+. Had to call around until i found a free one to use nearby. Why even advertise you do this? stupid.

Manager need to retired! I took a copper fit ice plantar fasciitis to the cashier, on the shelf said $9.99 but I paid $14.99 + tax. Not a big deal. I told the cashier it said $9.99 on the shelf, she went to check, came back confirming the price ($9.99) so she called the manager to fix it. I don’t want to sound offensive but there she came this old lady, looking like “here we go, I don’t wanna be in this place”. Bad actitud, very rude. She told me first they charge me right ($14.99), the cashier explained to her in the shelf said $9.99 but she didn’t let her finish and said here in the box said $12.99, then I said well your are scamming people because you charge me $14,99. So be aware because they have 3 prices for 1 item. She didn’t apologize or do anything to make a customer feel better. I just told her to retuned my money, I’ll take my money somewhere else. No the first time I have this event with the same manager.

No complaints so far. Except I had a not so great interaction with a cashier a while ago. It looked like they were forcing her to work. I wonder if it was that cashier the other reviewers complaint about 🤔🤔🤔. Love going to this store. Staff is great.

I went in to get a vaccination. The gal in the pharmacy put in the wrong health insurance policy number in the computer which stated my policy was invalid. Finally someone was able to enter the right number. The thing that bothered me the most was store employees were walking around without wearing the COVID 19 masks properly. Even a cashier had the mask below his nose while checkin out people.. For my own safety, I will try to avoid this particular store.

I live close and come here every so often for the close by convenience, hoping the cashier Tanika is not on schedule that day. She is extremely rude upon every encounter, but is close with a select few regulars. She will be so nice to her friends then I will approach to check out looking as happy as I can be carrying a smile on my face with much patience. She will literally snap into a different person, go from cheery and joyful, to rude and hateful. On one occasion I was the only person in line, she saw that I was ready, and proceeded to stock the candy next to me for several minutes, the. Huff and puffed her way all the way to the register to very rudely help me. I’m not sure why she treats people this way, especially since I have been very nice during every encounter, but it is not only me, I see her treat others the same. She ruins my mood, I do not have a fun experience when she is around. On a positive note, the other workers are very nice and helpful. I am just so confused on why Tanika (not sure if I’m spelling that correct) still has a job. She must put on a good show in front of the managers.

Cashier Tanika was rude with a horrible disposition. I did two separate transactions and took them to my car. Afterwards I brought in something I needed to return with the receipt. She rolled her eyes (which she probably thought I wouldn’t see as I quickly glanced at my phone). I asked her is it okay if I return the item (given her reaction and body language). The first 2 times I asked she didn’t respond as if I was talking to myself, finally the 3rd time she responded “you’re standing here, I’m doing it”. This is not someone who should be responsible for dealing with customers and I intended to call corporate.

Don't have your pictures developed here. In the past, my experience with this particular Walgreens was decent. Today I am left disappointed with no plans on returning. After multiple inconvenient trips I was left without the photographs I had ordered to be developed.

Extremely rude staff. Lied about when the script would be ready. Didn't know how to process payments. I was forced to leave without an asthma medication. If I could give negative ratings I would. Walgreens used to be polite and open 24 hours. I was willing to deal with the odd rude employee or overpriced snacks because they were knowledgeable and open 24/7. Now they are open about 12 hours a day, yet the prices remain high. the employees are no longer knowledgeable about their operating system. Why would I trust them on prescription advice. Maybe Walgreens should go back to the values of 1901 rather than attempting to emulate WALMART
