I really appreciate the amazing trainers and incredible equipment at The Exercise Coach. I love my renewed strength and flexibility and balance. I highly recommend this workout to anyone wanting to stay active at any age.

I'm not one who particularly enjoys exercising and I have wasted time and money on my fair share of gym memberships but this 20 minute fast effective of workout is amazing. It's a very peaceful, inviting studio. The temperature is always just right and the people are very friendly making it fun. No hassle, you are out in a Flash. It's in a convenient location. It's hard to have an excuse not to exercise here.

I've had a very positive experience with The Exercise Coach. It's a very controlled way to increase your strength and balance. The trainers are knowledgeable and the equipment is able to track and gradually increase your workout in a way that it would be difficult for a normal trainer to reproduce. I love this program! I’ve lost 15 pounds and improved my muscle tone and strength for the first time in many years. For years, I felt too out of shape and embarrassed to wear certain things. And cardigans to cover the fat was not the answer. I wanted to wear sleeveless dresses, fitted blouses and shorts without embarrassment of flabby arms, back fat and jiggly thighs. The trainers at The Exercise Coach gave me the precise exercises I needed to accomplish my goals. I now wear sleeveless dresses because my arms are toned. I can wear fitted blouses without back fat and muffin top. And I’m wearing shorts and shorts dresses again. This program has been life changing I’m almost 60 years old and have more strength and stamina than I did at 40. Thank goodness, my Exercise Coach trainers kept me going! I highly recommend The Exercise Coach and it’s wonderful staff of trainers. I just renewed for another 40 sessions to reach my next set of goals.
