Absolutely delicious food..... everything is hand crafted and cooked to order..... I adore the charm and friendly staff. Had the Crab cake sliders and the Reuben Sandwich 🥪😋.... they also have great entrees you can enjoy at home. A little more upscale, but worth it.

When I want to feel like I am not in Kansas City, I will go to French Market! Good atmosphere, good food, GREAT pastries and lots of goodies from France! It is a perfect place to have quick coffee or lunch! Quick dinner is great! A side note is they do not take reservations.

The French Market has great atmosphere, excellent food and the prices are reasonable. They don’t take reservations, but there is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. It’s a little loud inside, but it just adds to the lively environment. We had the French onion dip and it was delicious. The portion looked small at first, but it was perfect for two before a meal. The tomato and mozzarella baguette was so good and the portion was big enough to take home half for lunch. The cocktails were a bit pricey, but worth it, especially the peach jalapeño margarita. The dessert case was full of beautiful treats, but we were too full from dinner. They also have a wide variety of grab and go items for a quick meal. I definitely plan to grab a quiche for our next brunch.

A Perfect spot for a meal with friends, family, or solo anytime of day! The atmosphere is upbeat and the live music is always a plus. Indoor, outdoor, and bar seating are all available. The grab-and-go market, cheese, and kitchen must-haves are always varied and wonderful! A neighborhood gem where everyone feels like family.

Excellent food. I live nearby and visit here for lunch from time to time, and I am never disappointed. Today I had the beet salad, and it was delicious (no surprise). My friend ordered the quiche Lorraine and said it was the best she has ever had. Highly recommend. Don’t let the lunchtime crowds send you elsewhere. It’s *well* worth the wait for a table! I appreciate a locally owned business that always puts out a first rate product.

Took the wife here for a nice lunch date. Was alittle busy and crowded during Friday lunch rush. We sat outside since the weather was nice. Had the Crispy chicken sandwich with Hanna fries. Wife had the Ham sandwich. Both were delicious.

My daughter introduced me to this gem of a store. Great breakfast and wonderful pastries along with a great selection of cheese and sausage, prepared foods, made in house, and of course cookbooks. Also the best mocha i have had.

The French Market is our favorite date place! You feel so welcomed and like you're actually in a French Cafe. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are superb. It is a non-pretentious place that feels down to earth and fancy all at once. It's even reasonably priced! We 100% recommend the French Market!

This is like a small grocery store and restaurant combined business. I got some good stuff from both sides. Ordered a bowl of soup, a sandwich and a salad for lunch. They all taste fine. Not sure how "French" they are though. I think this is sorta like a high end Potbelly sandwich or Panera Bread-ish place. We also got some takeout refrigerated food plates from the grocery side. They look pretty good but haven't gotten a chance to taste them. They do have a lot of French grocery items on this side. They also have a small corner that makes cheese and meats as you order them. Overall I think it's a good place to grab a quick bite with friends.

Always top notch. Live music on Saturday. Wide variety of artisan cheeses, breads, and jams. Great in house menu for lunch or dinner. Oh, and then there is the pear old fashioned. Hands down one of the best i've had in KC.
