French Market

The French Market has great atmosphere, excellent food and the prices are reasonable. They don’t take reservations, but there is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. It’s a little loud inside, but it just adds to the lively environment. We had the French onion dip and it was delicious. The portion looked small at first, but it was perfect for two before a meal. The tomato and mozzarella baguette was so good and the portion was big enough to take home half for lunch. The cocktails were a bit pricey, but worth it, especially the peach jalapeño margarita. The dessert case was full of beautiful treats, but we were too full from dinner. They also have a wide variety of grab and go items for a quick meal. I definitely plan to grab a quiche for our next brunch. ~Susana

Great Clips

Checked in online, so when I got there I was helped right away. 15 min later I left thinking that haircut was too good to be true. Turns out it was. I wanted a straight cut across with long layers… My hair looked good from the front, but was VERY uneven in the back. I had to have my roommates help me even out my own hair (which took longer than the actual haircut). ~Mackenzie

The Learning Tree

The Learning Tree makes us feel like we have a family member helping us find the perfect gift. On occasion we’ll described what our nephews are into and Jane, Jonny (owners) or any member of their incredible staff are a massive help narrowing down our options - always a hit! If they don’t have it they will find it, which usually makes it our first and last stop. ~Nick
