The wait was short. Kizzy gave me the best haircut I've gotten in decades. She has great hair cutting skills and technique, is an intuitive listener, and was super kind. Kizzy & Great Clips is my new choice going forward.

Checked in online. Only two workers. Had to wait through people before me. After 30 minutes I’m next! Only the “free” chair was still occupied by previous customer. His haircut was done but the stylist was engaged in a lengthy conversation with him completely ignoring me. I sat for another 10 minutes and left.

Took my son in to get a haircut to this location because the one i usually go to was closed. Very disappointed. She messed up his hairline. It isn’t even straight. I didn’t ask her to even do his hairline. No other hair stylist has touched his hairline unless i asked but i don’t ever let anyone touch it. And when I told her i didn’t like it she just said “oh” and charged me. Didn’t even offer to fix it nor apologized. I wouldn’t have let her touch his hairline again anyways but she didn’t bother. Now my son has to walk around with a messed up hairline. The staff doesn’t care. Try some other place. Service: Haircut

Checked in online, so when I got there I was helped right away. 15 min later I left thinking that haircut was too good to be true. Turns out it was. I wanted a straight cut across with long layers… My hair looked good from the front, but was VERY uneven in the back. I had to have my roommates help me even out my own hair (which took longer than the actual haircut).

I've taken my son to a couple of nice salons (one locally owned and one big national brand) and his best haircuts have come from this Great Clips. The online check-in before arrival is great and they keep notes on what they do in the haircut so the next person can do the same thing or make adjustments easily. Staff is good at making my young child feel comfortable in the chair.

Used the website to check-in in advance. Glad I did as I had a 20 minute wait, but by the time I got to the shop, 10 minutes later, new waits were an hour. I went with a friend. Her cut was gorgeous. Mine was just meh, and two days later, it's a mess. Stylist cut my bangs too short. I told the stylist I have a cowlick in front, don't cut any bangs on that side as I'm trying to grow them out. He cut a piece that escaped the clip, ten inches of hair, snip. Now, that side of my bangs is driving me nuts, and all of my bangs are too short. I did ask for them to be evened up to grow right, but I did NOT ask for additional hair to be cut into bangs. I was very specific about that side too, but it happened super fast and I didn't have time to object as I assumed he heard me say not to. He did a good job on the lady before me, but I saw his reluctance to take my cut, longer hair takes more time. I should have waited and asked for the same stylist that cut my friends hair. I don't know if I'll go back, but if I do, that guy isn't getting near my head with scissors ever again.

The average rating is due to the value, not the service. Don't be fooled-- this is a budget barbershop. Everything is rushed to maximize volume of customer turnover, the stylists are not skilled at all or don't care at all, and you will get your hair cut for a very low price, but don't expect to love the results. No appointments, walk-ins only, so you'll get whoever happens to be working/available at the moment. If price or speed are your priority, this is a great place to go, just know what you're getting for your money ahead of time.
