Terrible customer service!!!! They delayed my item by 3 days. Then they lost it. Now they tell me they will see about looking for it over the weekend, maybe, and refuse to prioritize tracking it. Now I have to wait and additional 3 days for them to give me a progress update. I paid $150 for prompt delivery. In all my dealings they never apologized for the delay or losing my package. The attitude is indifferent and uncaring. Package is a condenser unit for my a/c. It's over 100 degrees and will NOT be getting any better. This shipping provider is no different than any other. Definitely not worth even a star.

This is a large freight delivery operation. Had to pick up a missed delivery to my home, the staff was very helpful and efficient.

ABF system showed us that they already pick up, but actually, they don't. However, they still told us that they already sent driver to pick up. Finally, they told us that they didn't get BOL, WOW, you customer got BOL from you, but you didn't get it. NOT ALL CUSTOMER STUPID. Please solve it.

If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. Here is the review I provided on your customer survey form. If you have a choice for freight delivery as an individual consumer I implore you to use another company. My experience was unpleasant, unprofessional and stressful. Staff lied about the item's availability for delivery though they made the appointment. They also gave no delivery time over the phone when asked but the staff put a time frame in the computer. Lastly, not only did they NOT deliver the item as promised I received no phone call informing me that the item would not be delivered. When I inquired of your staff, Lina was very rude over the phone. In sum, I will NEVER do business with a vendor that uses your firm for delivery. Non- existent customer service, zero communication and dispassionate staff will hopefully lead to your firm losing business. You certainly lost mine. Shameful.

When I called first for pick up I had to do it multiple times and every single one talked to me as if he never heard about the appointed date. When it reached the dispatch location, I had to call them and remind them that my truck is ready and need to be delivered to my place. By far, this is the worst movement process ever encountered, I moved six times in my life so far and I don’t recommend it to any of my friends and coworkers. They don’t deserve the money that I put and paid them, which was over 4000. The whole process estimated to be 6-8 days, but it took 16days(12 days without sundays Saturday’s)
