Yennie Lo is my current go to dispatcher that I've been working with say 2 1/2 years now. She's amazing! She's very hands on whenever it comes to booking LTL or even a FTL. I work for a small Mom and Pop truck company. I've been doing this for over 20 years. We typically do not work with 3rd party logistics companies for various reasons. However, BOA Logistics is one of the few that we do work with. They make the entire process easy and smooth, which is why we still continue to work with them. We're an overnight carrier, so as you can imagine, we have to work with a lot of anxious and not always pleasant customers here in the customer service department. However, everyone I talk to at BOA is always so kind, especially Yennie in the dry team. I feel like I'm talking to my best friend when she assists me, which is a huge relief. Hopefully things will continue the way they are going so that we can continue to work with them for many years.

I(Oscar P. Customer Service / Logistic Supervisor) have work with BOA under Pocino Foods Co for the past 3 years. They have been a tremendous help for our freight services. I specially want to give recognition to Maria Valadez – Client Success Coordinator who has been a great help in commutating freight issues and updates in a timely manner for the most part. She has worked with me to make sure our product is delivered and help to resolve any issues that might come up during the delivery. The only reason this review isn’t a five-star review is due to some accounting department issues which is out of her control. Overall if you want a reliable logistic team with comparative rates, this company is the way to go.

This business doesn't deserve one star rating as well. Poor Communication. Don't haul any loads from them. Avoid doing business with them. We had a load with them. Due to mechanical problem, our truck broke down and driver had to struggle. We informed BOA about rescheduling of the appointment. They said provide proof of truck breakdown. We provided the proof as well. They rescheduled the appointment to deliver the load after 72 hours. They didn't tell us that we have to pay fine at the delivery location. Our carrier had to pay 505$ late fine for late delivery even after having delivery reschedule confirmation from BOA. The load total amount was 500$ and our driver paid $505 late penalty. We didnt make any money on this because of their poor communication. When we discussed about the reimbursement of late fine from BOA, they said sorry we can't reimburse you as we made the delivery late. There was no word mention about late delivery fine or penalties in their email conversation. We have been struggling with them about getting a revised rate confirmation for lumper and late fine from last 10 days even though delivery was made. Additionally, they didn't mention about the lumper fee. They gave the driver a lumper authorization, but the delivery location asked driver to pay the lumper from his credit card. We are still struggling to get a revised rate confirmation on the lumper fee and late fee to bill them. DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. WATCH OUT THEY BLAME CARRIERS NOT INFORMING THEM ON TIME.
