This employee name was josh at Danville KY store, I was paying off my account and it paid someone else's account. The transaction was suppose to be voided, and thought it was cause the 367 dollars was returned, but later in the day it popped up on my credit card again as pending and has took it off my available balance on credit card. So I now have to go all the way back up there today to try and fix it today. So evidently this person better not be using my card. I am just totally upset with the whole experience at this location!

My phone has insurance through AT&T to cover repairs, I brought it in to be fixed and the manager said they can't do anything.

I switched services recently in order to get some cell coverage where I live. I was fortunate and lucky enough to have Denise Rodriguez as my sales rep. What a pleasure to work with; friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She’s everything that a sales rep should be. AT&T needs to look at hiring more like her. I’ve had too many bad experiences with ATT in other contexts (DIRECTV and old ATT phone service). I very likely would have not made the purchases that I did that day if the sales rep had been anyone else.Thank you Denise, I hope you have much success, and yes I now actually do have cell phone service out here in the boondocks!

Great service I was able to get my phone and all the info from the old phone transfered in about an hour. Michelle helped us and did a great job we were switching out 5 diffrent phones and it all went smooth I can't imagine the patience it takes to help people figure thier phones out all day long but she did great and I would recommend this store if your in the market for a phone

The associate who helped me was very nice and prompt but at&t as a whole has been horrible. My phone bill has never once been what it was supposed to be, it's been way over. And now if I leave I feel like I'm getting screwed because I traded In my fully paid for galaxy s9+ in order to get this one for free but If I cancel my account for constantly getting overcharged then I will have to pay for the balance of this phone, it's a double edged sword and I think it is really bad customer service. I am very disappointed in my at&t services. Highly recommend going somewhere else!

I bought a very expensive pair of wireless headphones that did not work. When I returned to the store the next day, they couldn't help, couldn't refund me without an exorbitant restocking fee, and wouldn't exchange them. I regret doing business there. UPDATE: I went back and as it turns out the employee with whom I was dealing the day before was the manager and didn't know his store's policy on returns. He was condescending in the process and never offered anything resembling an apology, but I was able to get a refund. I then went to Wal-Mart and purchased the same item.

Nick helped me out and made sure to care of every task that needed to be done to guarantee I had service on my phone before I walked out of the store. I appreciated his patience and good humor in dealing with my phone issues. I even got an upgraded service for less cost! It was a very pleasant and productive experience.
