I hope I have the right place, I wanted to give a review of the driver KYLE!!! He was so courteous and easy going he made the whole experience better. He went above and beyond. My 3 year old is obsessed with tow trucks. I awkwardly asked him if I could record him and say hi to my son. He gladly aloud me and was so fun about it. My son has watched that video 3 million times since last week and is still excited every time that a tow truck driver said hi to him. He re-enacts it with his own tow truck over and over 😊 Not only did he make my experience easier by just simply being genuinely nice, he made my sons entire year! I wanted to personally give Kyle the recognition he deserves. Thank you for employing such a great person. Service: Car towing

We were coming back from vacation and were about 2 hours away from home and our van broke down. It was not getting us home, it was not an easy fix. I only option was a tow truck. Family of 6 stranded in a parking lot, luggage, no hotel, no options for rental car, it was a tough situation. Bob's Service Center and Towing was such a blessing in this situation. The tow truck driver ended up towing our van to our home. The price for towing was cheaper than another tow company, the driver was really nice, he took care of our van and was a great driver. If you are ever in a pinch, I would definitely recommend this company. Service: Local hauling

First time I have used Bob’s Towing and I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with their service. My car broke down in Florence and they arrived in 10 minutes or less. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who came out. He offered to let me wait in the cab of his truck for my ride; I declined, and then he offered to wait until my ride got there. I insisted that he go on as I was at a business place and new my ride would be there soon. Thank you Bob’s and to the guy you sent to pick up my 2016 Toyota Avalon! Service: Car towing

After hitting a pothole and blowing out a tire we ended up in Florence, KY. Even though we have roadside service with our auto insurance company we sat for 2 1/2 hrs. without being helped. Searching for a wrecker service we called Bob’s Service Center & Towing. Not only were they very professional, prompt, and polite, our driver Jason towed our car, with my wife and I, to the nearest tire store. Before dropping our vehicle off Jason stopped at 3 hotels to help us secure a room for the night. We can’t express how much we appreciate him for going above and beyond his duties as a driver. What a pleasure to do business with such wonderful people. Highly recommend Bob and his team. Service: Special vehicle towing

He was knowledgeable on where to find the emergency neutral switch and got my truck lined up and on the flat bed. My truck was delivered to the dealership with no issues. Thanks Jason. FYI.. if you happen to read this Jason it turned out to just be a dead cell in the battery.
