Mike Jones was a fair mechanic but due to illness I hear is no longer on the property and the one who is claiming to be the mechanic is no mechanic at all take your chances see how well you like what you end up with

It's hard to find good mechanics and honest mechanics. But I got to say right now this place is the place to go to they're fast they'll let you know they can get it done they helped out with my radiator and they got done within an hour overall pricing reasonable. Really good service so highly recommend if you get stuck and near this area and Waddy Kentucky definitely look these guys up if you need some work done. Thanks guys for fixing my minivan so I can get back on the road working really appreciate you.

I dont agree with 1 star. This garage should get no star. Was charged 900.00 dollars for 179.00 alternator...85.00 dollar toll bill and the rest was labor for 2 hours of work. I was called the same day he picked it up around 5 and asked to come get my car the next day. I asked for a total on the bill then and the lady that called me said she didnt know just to come in the morning. After much of getting the run around and being given different prices that we could not pay especially during this pandemic- this garage sold my car for storage. I have never dealt with such conniving people in all my life. I had just bought a car I spent months needing to buy with all the money I could put into a vehicle. In a nut shell they stole my car. It was a used Cadillac and I believe they wanted it from the moment they seen it. I paid 4000 for it to have this garage steal it from my family. We took a great loss, I have no way of taking my family anywhere, my husband lost his job and my proud lil granddaughter no longer gets to go for rides with her meme and poppy. No Christmas lights, nowhere. This has caused my family great hardship and I would recommend NEVER dealing with these kind of people. I was blatantly lied to by the owners and talked down to several times. I felt as if I was being bullied out of money I did not have. When I could not pay I was talked down to and when I gathered the money then they increased my bill. My family has suffered and is still suffering because these people are not honest people. I have to sue them in small claims court to try to get anything done. I'm so disheartened and have no means to safely get to and from anywhere- I feel like giving up. the lady in there was very rude , had an attitude the whole time . my mom showed her proof of insurance & even the registration but said that she needed updated registration & that we can’t take the car off the lot unless we have it towed off . she also cussed my mom out , very unprofessional ! it was a run down place & they just want you to keep your car in there for longer so they can get more money out of you , don’t care about the people at all ! would never recommend this place to anyone

had to call jones after him having our car for 2 weeks just for him to tell us what was wrong with it. Paid him to pick our car up and drop it back off after he looked at it but It took him almost 2 months to bring it back. The motor wasn’t quite blown when he picked it up. It would still start but best believe when we tried to start it after he dropped it off our Jeep would not start and it started smoking bad. He didn’t mention one time to us over the phone that the motor had blown while he was looking at it. We had to call him after the Jeep was back with us for him to tell us that. Trust me when I say this, take your car to someone that will actually help and do some good.

Jones you never did give us a price. Your exact words were your secretary would call me but that phone call never happened. So after waiting over a month we gave up. When i gave you my jeep it would drive and start but now it will not start and does nothing but smoke. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt thinking we didnt hear you come by while my dryer was on but we have cameras outside and can prove you never stopped by to drop the jeep off like you stated. Oh and lets not forget all the mud you left in the floor board, on the inside of the back door & my back seat. I dont even know why you would be in the back seat. I really wish i could post pics on here. You had to of been driving it for it to have all that mud in my jeep. You didnt even have the audacity to tell us that you had literally blown the motor while it was in your care. Lesson learned though and i hope everyone is smart enough to take their vechicle somewhere else. Literally wouldn't even let you work on one of my boys skateboards after what we have been through.

Mike Jones is the most honest and helpful mechanic I’ve ever used. He works on all of our cars in my household! Has never overcharged my family! We will always use his business as long as he is around.

Mike Jones gained my trust, then screwed me over on my latest repair. I thought he was an honest person, but I was very wrong. According to 2 other places I was charged $150-$200 more than the job was worth, so beware and go somewhere else for your automotive repairs.
