Customer service was horrible. I hope the owner is aware of his staffs actions and the way they treat customers. Never returning to this location.

Double turkey build your own on medium sandwich worth it. More protein less bread. Honey mustard is good too.

Isn't it a requirement when you work with food to wear a hair net or hat? While I'm sure he's a nice guy, he was leaning over my sandwich and his hair is full of dandruff 🤢 I can not eat my sub now even as hungry as I am..very disappointing 😔 And now that I'm looking at the pic, not wearing a mask while making my food. At this point, we're any of them wearing gloves or bare handedly touching all the food? I cant say for sure, but even 1 out of 3, is enough for me. Ugh

I usually get the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket which is always great, but this time I decided to try the steak & cheese. The bread is wonderfully soft, but the meat and onions and whatever else they put on it, reminded me more of a pot roast or french onion soup than the philly cheesesteak I was expecting. Still worth getting but only 4 stars instead of 5.

Turkey sub was surprisingly good. I've been to Firehouse subs many times but have gotten a little stale on it so I haven't been back in a while. decided to go this evening and remembered why I used to enjoy going so much. I'll start making this a regular stop again. Their staff was super friendly and offered some extras such as an extra plate and an extra pickle spear. I appreciate their outgoing nature.

Hero sub was great! BUT everything was not on my sub that I ordered. Pickle was soggy (picture included) Large drink cup stated a $2 donation for a red pickle bucket-- in store I saw they were charging $3. So that was questionable... Regardless, I will be back but I will check my order before leaving.
