Two of the women working were discussing one of their legal cases regarding sexual battery/indecent exposure and child endangerment. They got my order wrong and had me pay for a drink I never ordered. If you want your food prepared by child predators and be overcharged, then this is the place for you.

Me and my partner went to this location around 12:30-12:40pm today on December 26th. The two female employees were incredibly loud and rude to us and to other people , the dining room was filthy , and there was gnats all over the place. If there was an option for 0 stars i would give it. The employees would continue to talk after no customers were present, and it made me feel uncomfortable with the condition of the dining room. would not recommend coming here.

I should give it zero stars. The man was rude. We specifically ordered 2 meals. I thought that meant chips and drinks. Only because our kid wanted chips. We then asked to pay a split payment and he said no only 1. Okay whatever. Then I grabbed chips off the rack and he yelled at me. I said what we ordered meals. He said no they only come with drinks. So I just went to the chip aisle instead. The man was trying to charge us 3 more dollars for chips. I should had gave him our food back and said no. Do not waste your time at Wal-Mart Subway. Now I'm sitting here I still haven't ate because I'm highly upset with my visit.

Ordered 2 meals that suppose to come with chips and drink and bought a orange juice for my daughter. The guy charge us for two meals ( chips and drinks). We receive our cups and then proceed to get chips and the cashier said no because we bought a orange juice when clearly we bought both the orange juice and two meals. The service was horrible and never expected this kind of service and I am a former sandwich artist and would never treat customers this way. And we did not receive a receipt.

I don't want to give any star. I wanted veggie delight but the guy didn't had all the veggies and when I said I don't want then he started arguing and I took that subway. And 2-3 times other things happened like this. I won't go there again

The ABSOLUTE WORST Subway I’ve ever been to. They are so rude. I watched them scream at a 92 year old woman for not being able to hear them over the counter. The food is atrocious. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

So my family and I were just kicked out of Subway in the Florence Kentucky Walmart for making a mess. We hadn't even ordered yet! How could we make any mess? I didn't realize it wasn't part of the Subway associate's job to keep the place clean to begin with. When did it become the customer's responsibility? Much less a customer who had not yet even ordered. I've never been so disrespected in a Subway in my life! Looking at the other reviews for this store, I can see that they have terrible customer service. I'm shocked that corporate allows this to persist.

Worst experience I've ever had in a SUBWAY! We were trying to decide what to get and the man was rushing us to order. I told him to slow down and he YELLED at me and my 2 kids! We wanted pretzels (weren't ready) and a meatball sub (meatballs not ready) so we ordered something else. As my son was deciding what to get because they were out what he wanted the man THREW our prepared subs off the counter and waited on somebody else. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY unless you like to be abused

Terrible customer service..This is the second time they've refused to take a Subway coupon and both times another Subway has gladly appreciated my business instead. I will not be giving this store any sales and will make sure all of my friends and family don't as well.
