Would not recommend. The employees are interesting. The woman we talked to when picking out my dad’s suit was very condescending. She yelled at me for not making all the groomsmen get the same shade of gray. The guy who measured my dad’s suit was very nice and helpful! When we came to pick up the suit, we waited by the door until an employee was available to help us since they were all busy with other customers (totally understandable since we came at a busy time). The employee who helped my dad try his suit on acted annoyed that we didn’t just walk on back and aggressively waved his hand at us (instead of just telling us) to walk back. Very bizarre. I asked for a receipt when I dropped my dad’s suit off and they said they don’t do that. Very shady. They said it’s their policy for the suit to be in two days before the wedding, which is cutting it way too close. But thankfully it came in a week before the wedding.

My husband hasn’t bought a new suit in 10 years so we came here in search of professional help. Taco was INCREDIBLY helpful. He helped us piece together good looking outfits and my husband walked away feeling excited to try his new suits!

Worst Customer Service experience. At the register with 4 shirts to buy. No one cares to offer help, greet a customer or make a sale. After ten minutes waiting had to leave the store without any purchase. Will now have to visit other locations.

PJ and his staff just above and beyond to correct an ordering issue with two of my suits. Both of my suits were ordered through different stores and had a lot of things wrong with it but him and his staff came in like the Avengers and saver the day. They corrected both of my suits and I couldn't be more happy. Thank you guys!

Went there today, looking to rent a tux. For a prom that's TOMORROW! Was helped with true professionalism first by Patrick, with sizing. The helped by Alex with finishing up! Both these gentleman earn every dollar they get, with politeness, integrity, and product knowledge! They got us hooked up and looking good for the big show tomorrow! Thank you to you both and Mens Warehouse! I highly recommend this establishment! We will go no where else!

We went to mens warehouse in Florence Kentucky on March 26th at around 3:00pm. And the person helping us was not in a very good mood. All the other workers was answering questions helping people and Alex was being short and seemed that customers didn’t matter. In the middle of my son asking a question he said you need to wait and answered the phone. When son went to ask him again he said well this is what you got to get. Got raced through the process and did not want us to answer questions. We asked him what the fees are if something gets spilled on it and he said we will tell you when you bring it back. When I told Alex I had a coupon he said well I already rang this up it’s to late to use a coupon. Not sure if them being busy due to prom sent workers into a none helpful mood or not. When we see other employees taking the time to help and answer questions of customers made the experience worse. When we pick up the TUX and bring it back we will not be back. We apologize for being customer.

They are fantastic! I completely messed up and ordered the wrong color tie for my wedding party, but didn't realize it until today when my fiancee picked up his suit. I called and spoke to Patrick and he was so kind and understanding, and ordered new ties that will come in time even though our wedding is only four days away! I am so thankful and blown away by their service.

Only couple guys in the store seem to care.. I had my wedding party go to this location for our tux.. I called every day starting two weeks out..not a fan of them guaranteeing the tux’s two days before the event… we all got fitted months ago.. I got mine and my sons on a Wednesday with the wedding being Saturday, my jacket needed alterations and my son needed a new jacket.. two other members of the party also needed alliterations/new items. He’s guaranteeing everything in by Friday.. I just don’t like the last minute stuff, as it makes things even more stressful than they already are.. hopefully everything thing is in and fits by Friday.. other than that I was pleased with the two guys that actually seem to care.

I’m not sure this location understands how customer service works. I love Men’s warehouse but this will be my first and last trip to this location. I had recently bought 2 suits at a different location (my main location) and was simply going in to return a few items that didn’t fit, I was told I needed to sign in and wait for SEVEN people in front of me. For the record, there might have been 7 people TOTAL inside the entire store when I arrived. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and I hope senior management can retrain as necessary because that is a terrible look for a reputable company!

I ended up going to Men's Wearhouse to get a suit for a wedding I am attending. I had no clue what to get. You see I am normally a blue jeans and button up shirt guy when it comes to events. But this is a no jeans event. All I can say is that I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My salesman was Jeremy and I cannot recommend him enough. Jeremy if you read this I want you to know how thankful I am that you helped me. You are top notch and deserve to be recognized for how great you are at treating customers with top service.
