Best tuxedo shop in Florence, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Would not recommend. The employees are interesting. The woman we talked to when picking out my dad’s suit was very condescending. She yelled at me for not making all the groomsmen get the same shade of gray. The guy who measured my dad’s suit was very nice and helpful! When we came to pick up the suit, we waited by the door until an employee was available to help us since they were all busy with other customers (totally understandable since we came at a busy time). The employee who helped my dad try his suit on acted annoyed that we didn’t just walk on back and aggressively waved his hand at us (instead of just telling us) to walk back. Very bizarre. I asked for a receipt when I dropped my dad’s suit off and they said they don’t do that. Very shady. They said it’s their policy for the suit to be in two days before the wedding, which is cutting it way too close. But thankfully it came in a week before the wedding. ~Melissa
