I've always preferred Sam's over Costco but not the last couple months. There is never any carts inside. I know now to grab one before I go in. The line to check your receipt has been backed up to the middle of the store. It's unbelievable! I do scan and go to avoid check out line but have to wait in receipt line which has been very long. The store is out of things I go for and is looking really dark, dirty and unkept lately. I hate to complain but it's a regular thing now and I dread going there anymore. Costco is always bright and clean! I've overheard people several times while I'm there say their not renewing 😔

This Sam’s club is a joke. They never have an carts you have to walk to the furthest edge of the parking lot. Never have enough registers open or enough people scanning to exit store save yourself the trouble and go to Costco or a different Sam’s.

First off, I prefer Sam’s Club over Costco. Now with that said, I do have some gripes about this club. The parking lot sucks. It’s uneven and on hills and slopes. The should’ve evened out the parking lot when they built the place. I see carts rolling away from people unloading their carts all the time. I’ve had a few scary incidents. Also, the parking spaces are too narrow, especially compared to Costco. Shopping carts are a problem during peak hours. If you walk in the door and expect to grab a cart, you’ll be disappointed and have to make that angry walk of shame back out to the parking lot to hunt for one. Where’s the Diet Mountain Dew? I used to buy the 36 count case of Diet Dews but they haven’t had any in the past two years. They used to blame COVID. What is it now? Costco has them. The pushy, annoying AT&T Wireless sales people that jump out and pounce on you as you first walk in. We pay a membership fee only have the real life human equivalent of a pop up ad prey on you as you’re strolling in? BS.

Great club. We love the prices, easy curbside pickup and saving money on groceries, paper products and other supplies. They don't have a huge variety of brands, but they generally offer quality products. If they aren't rated well, they stop stocking it. I especially love the rare fruits they have in the summer, the extra appetizers and tasty treats for the holidays and the ease of curbside pickup. We even bought an adjustable bed frame and mattress there and couldn't be happier with it!

Sam's is horrible. I will not renew my membership. They never have carts for people. You have to go get your own cart from the other end of the building, it can be any day of the week. We still don't have our membership card from almost a year ago. I will go back to Costco.

You have to go and retrieve your own grocery cart!! Even in the rain. There parking lot is a total nightmare!! Gas station is a plus! The prices are still very good and their clothes are of good quality. There dinner meals are good. The grocery cart issue is a nightmare.

They are usually well-stocked, and we generally find great deals! Checking out is the worst part. If you accidentally scan something twice it allows you to remove it, but you will need an employee to approve your transaction. This is time consuming, so be extra careful at the self- checkout!

Had an issue with a salad kit that I have purchased many times in past called Sams customer service told me it would be 72 hours before hearing back , went to store customer service was told I would hear back that evening. Here we are almost 24 hours later still no response. I hope another of Sam's club members does not have go through this. I know I probably won't have someone answer this either!

Great place for buying in bulk as many already know. One tip about this place though that many may not know about is that if you're a member you can purchase gas here. The prices are consistently 30 to 40 cents cheaper than prices around the area. The station doesn't have visible prices by the main road of the store but for this location it's a pretty good deal.

This seems to be an ongoing issue only at this Sam's club. I've been to some of the ones across the river and don't have this problem. Customers have to fetch their own "grocery cart". Now I'm a young adult however some of these elderly people in this high heat should not have to go get a grocery cart to shop in a store where you pay a membership and the membership should cover the cost of customers getting a cart within the store inside. I almost wanted to say to some of the customers just cancel your membership and start one at Costco. At least your membership there will cover the cart return. This is pathetic and someone up higher than the manager needs to address this issue with a corporate office compliance officer or whomever is higher than them.
