Have fun going at 9pm or later and being able to walk through the aisles without 3 pallet jacks being in the way of what your buying. Have fun swerving out of the way of employees zooming around corners with their 500lb pallets. Five people going down the same aisle, trying to avoid running into each other with no room to walk and half of the items you need will be out of sight. Have something totally blocking what you need? Don’t expect an employee to move a pallet without them getting snarky with you. Been going here for years and but I’ll spend the extra money at Remkes from now on to avoid the headache.

Brooke the cashier was awesome. If you go through anybodys line go through hers. 100% would recommend to a friend.

I have shopped at this Kroger for two years. I always thought it was decent but other Krogers in the area do have noticably better service. We typically do a pickup order 3 or 4 times a month. For the last year or so this Kroger has given wrong items or missed items completely without substitution notes. I often get double items without being charged double but that's not my problem I guess. The commercial talked about orders bagged with care. Never once has a pickup order been bagged nicely. They don't even put many items in bags and they are always rolling around in the back on the drive home. Recently I was overcharged by a large amount for no discernable reason on top of having an unfilled item that did not get tagged properly so I wasn't asked about a substitution and I was charged for it. Spencer the manager argued with me for 25 or so minutes telling me he doesn't know why the order messed up all the while refusing to refund me the full amount bc he disagreed that I was charged for the missing item. After a lengthy stressful argument he finally refunded me more than I was due. I was thankful they took the time to make it right; however, shopping here isn't worth the trip to the service desk almost every time. On a side note a pharmacy worker shut the gate on a line of people looking to pickup prescriptions around closing time and very rudely proclaimed they were closed and couldn't help anyone. She also gave an opening time an hour different from the website so that wasn't helpful either.

I typically would not want to write a negative review about a business. Things happen and I completely understand this. However, this is the 6th time I have now ordered pick up or delivery services through Kroger and it has been wrong or many items were missing that were not out of stock or they ignored the substitution notes. Each time when I have thought I was going to save time by using one of these services, it has taken me longer and been more of a headache. This time 3/4 of my items were not given to me but I was charged The full amount. They ignored substitution notes. When I asked the guy about it he told me I could go in the store to the service desk to get it resolved. That is my point precisely I end up going in the store every time I try to use one of these services from Kroger, which is what I’m trying to avoid. He wasn’t able to do anything about it. At this point I have literally been here an hour and still waiting for them to get the rest of the items that I ordered yesterday. I now have to push all the other activities and all the other people I had commitments to because Kroger has made me late for those commitments. The funny thing is I ran into Trader Joe’s for a couple things and noticed the prices were less expensive than Kroger‘s. And their food is much higher quality. And they were not out of near the amount of items. Same with Remke market. I will like be choosing a different store to do my grocery shopping.

Everything from the design of the parking lot cluster, to the service desk location inside causing cluster. With how many mistakes are made to the needs met at a service desk, why would it be decided to place it in such a conflict of moving shoppers. Had to be the same designer of the chaotic parking lot. And the prices!!!! Its all Kroger's now. Your commercials are misrepresentative and a Lie to no end. Sure all prices are going up. But you don't stop!!! Every week higher and higher on countless things. Employers aren't even giving cost of living increases. Stop this Greed!!!!!!!!

Love the store. Staff is real friendly. Easy to find things. I do hate going to the pharmacy, though it's not the staff's fault it always takes about 20 to 25 minutes due to long lines. During the cold season I have to go in shorts and short sleeves because it feels like I'm walking in hell's fiery abyss. I don't know why they have to have it 150 degrees in the store. Maybe my grandma is living there now.

Great store only bad experience we had here was when we were had by the fake violinist in the parking lot!

All Kroger stores can learn a lot from this location. Excellent seafood selection, tons of fruit and vegetables, clean, well stocked isles and a great deli. Add friendly service and easy access with ample parking and this Kroger can win the ultimate supermarket competition. There's also a Starbucks right in the store.
