I cover the cost for my home, an additional garage and 2 other homes. My biggest concern with any deliveries is about our dogs. All three homes have small dogs that are kept inside. One has a fenced in yard. Due to coyotes, there is a fear they will get out. John puts our minds at ease. No matter if anyone is home at any of the locations, we know the dogs will be his priority in safety. That means alot. Yes there are better prices for first time customers that can last for 2 years with other companies. But, John knows all three homes. And I have full confidence in him as a delivery driver. That made my decision in staying with Ferrellgas.
