I shopped on Sunday afternoon. There were 2 registers open and 1 set of u-scans. There were about 7 people in line at each of the regular registers. Carts were pulled high. The u-scans were backed up 10 deep. This is not just on Sundays. I have been there at lunchtime thru the week and after work. Same lines. If Kroger does not care more than this, maybe they don't need my business.

EVERYTIME I shop here there is never more than one to two real registers open. I spend $200.00-$300.00 dollars on groceries every week. Why is it such a problem to open a register??? I do not want to have to check out my own groceries when I am spending that much !!!! Not to mention have you ever tried to check out that much at a self scan? Almost impossible without it setting the scale off and then having to fix it every two seconds. Absolutely appalling that they can wonder around the store but can't open a register!!! I don't need help bagging I and the seven other women behind me in line needed them to open a checkout lane. If they can bag why can't they open a register???

No carts available inside store. Lot of empty shelves. Aisles blocked by merchandise. Long checkout lanes. Not a pleasant experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. We just moved to Bardstown and unfortunately, this Kroger is horrible. After spending nearly $400 on a single pick up order 1/3 of my items were out of stock and the substitutes weren’t even remotely close to what I had ordered. The groceries I DID receive, were poor quality. My blueberries were molded, bread was stale, meat was broken into, and my chicken packaging was bubbled and full of liquid. There’s more, however, after my husband called to complain, he was told to go into the store to receive a refund. Nothing was resolved. The shopper who picked my order and told another employee, “look at this big order I did by myself” CLEARLY does not need to pick orders. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location.

A large selection of food and sundries. Nice self checkout area. A lot of good summer sales on sodas and chips.

Kroger is great for all of your groceries. The pharmacy can get a bit busy in the evening. Terrific for everyday items.

This is by far the Kroger with the least personal skills. I remember back when a store stayed the full hours it says it does and doesn't shut down 10 minutes early. I try my damndest to make it here from work in time and I finally get there with 10 min left and they are closed. I would.leave it no stars if i could

Just visiting but really liked their small liquor store, selection was pretty great for a supermarket store, good advice from the clerk as well. Store was good but really just bought some paquis chips and beer. They have their own gas station and a Lee’s fried chicken in the same center.

This place would earn a higher rating if the entire store or just a little bit better in regards of Kroger has the thing where they have someone bagged your groceries for you but you usually have to bag it yourself and most of the people that work there now are a little bit rude about it and just toss all your groceries down with a passion. Not to mention most of the stuff is never stocked. I only gave it an extra star because of the free air from the gas station lol.
