Horrible. The lady said I was getting a Samsung. She sent me home with an LG that didn't work from the get go. I was very ill and unable to get any kind of help from them. Extremely aloof and indifferent. I asked them to review the video so they could see what she told me regarding the phone. Five months later, the phone doesn't even ring! Go to Walmart and buy your own is my advice.

Sean is absolutely awesome! I had left AT&T because their service and pricing was, in my opinion, terrible. After a disappointing year with another company, Sean asked for my company's business. I'm so glad I went back to AT&T--the company hasn't changed, mind you--but, Sean makes all the difference. He's professional, respectful, and I believe he really does appreciate my business. AT&T is always going to come with some of the disadvantages of a big company, but with Sean, the disadvantages are mitigated and you get a good product AND good service.

I went into the Harrodsburg location to upgrade my cellphone. I had lots of questions and Sean was really great about answering thoroughly and making sure I had a good understanding before committing to anything. The gentleman who normally sports a Samsung work tee is always so nice. He goes above and beyond to help in every area. He always tries to get you the best savings and really cares about his customers. I have such issues with ATT and I wish all of the customer reps were like him!
