I’ve honestly tried to give the people in the store the benefit of the doubt over the last couple years, and I’ll be honest to say it’s not necessarily everyone but most of the employees will speak to you in the most condescending way you would ever be spoken to. God forbid you ask for something that isn’t one for one specific verbiage or they’ll act like the thing doesn’t even exist or they haven’t a clue what it is you’re talking about. I’m not saying I need to be treated like some hierarchy as I walk in however I’ve spent a few thousand dollars at the place so you think they would show a smidge of caring. Externally uncomfortable to talk to. Please, if you hate what you’re doing…. Stop ruining it for everyone else. Also people who say it’s the best equipment rental shop in town… it’s unfortunately the only rental shop in town so keep that in mind . So I specifically never have to walk through that store again I am buying everything that I’ve ever rented online.

What a great cooperative staff! I have gone in there with more needs and questions than knowledge, and they have ALWAYS found lowest-cost solutions and sent me out happy. Highest recommendation as the first stop for your sound and music needs.

I honestly wasn’t expecting a good experience when I went to have my old guitar fixed up for my daughter. But Louis was great and treated us very well. He gave us a lot of advice and pointed us in the right direction without trying to make us spend a fortune. They have my business for life because of him and I highly recommend anyone go there for help.

I don't live very close but I am willing to make the hour and a half drive! Bought a awesome Yamaha bass from here a few months ago. I told the man my price and he hooked me up with the coolest cherry red Yamaha bass! Good prices and great service!

These guys are tremendously helpful and thoroughly know their stuff. All of the employees seem to be equally well equipped to help customers determine what they are needing from public performances and events to personal equipment purchases. The rental prices my church paid for the speaker/ subwoofer/ wireless mic were quite reasonable, and the equipment performed even better than we could have asked for. I would not hesitate to recommend the shop to anyone. I definitely will be going back the next time I need anything.
