This place doesn't deserve 1 star. The service from the employee was so terrible he sat and was boxing items for a good 30 minutes then was willing to help me. I stood right there. The worst part wasn't able to help me in the first place. Which that's fine and all just don't make me stand there for almost 30 minutes to tell me you wasn't able to help me in the first place.

Very helpful. Think because I was a woman I got the most expensive wipers but when my guy started helping someone else when he said he would put them on for me another really nice employee came over and was very happy to put them on.

I went to buy batteries for my car key, the worker gave me the wrong size and so another worker gave me my money back but then they would not help me to put the battery in the key. So I stood there for about 15 mins trying to change the battery without anyone offering to help me. So I was being generous when I gave them 2 stars. Needless to say I will not deal with them anymore. I will go to advance auto from now on.

I know what I want but I want it in a small bottle, the guy offered me something else and says it’s on sale. People don’t care they just sell you anything to get rid of you or boost his sales and you don’t even need it. People at auto zone London Ky don’t know any better they act like they know what you need, too lazy to find what you really want to buy.
