We have been a customer of Kroger pharmacy on 192 in London for many years. The service has always been great and the drive thru is handy when we aren't walking in to shop.

I needed to have my blood pressure Perscription transferred there so I had to talk with someone!! Called for one hour straight phone just rang and rang never could get it done I will go somewhere else

The waiters were very attentive, service was quick, and the food was fantastic. Would have loved the salsa more if it was spicy but overall a great place to eat and would come again.

If you use this pharmacy like my wife does you can expect to wait over an hour on the phone just to be able to talk someone. If you go to the pharmacy you can also expect to wait for 45 minites or longer just to pick up your medication. Kroger pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy anyone can ever go to or use.

This was the worst out of several times it had happened. Dropped off a RX at 11am they said it would be ready by 2. (Specifically said I needed it filled today because it was for my wife who had a procedure done and would need them tonight) I came in at 3 just to give them extra time, was told they had the ones scheduled for refill ready but the ones dropped off were marked for next day fill. Explained the situation and was asked to give them 15 min to fill it, ok I came back nearly 30 min later they said there was one still not filled to give them 15 minutes that's the time they needed. Told them that was what they told me nearly an hour ago and they said they needed more time. Got home with the ones filled and they were wrong they were old ones that caused her BP to drop and she had told them herself not to fill those anymore. No longer doing business here the staff and pharmacist cannot seem to do thier jobs properly much less in the time they quote you.

The low prices are the only reason my husband and I still come there. I can call in all my rxs at one time and it takes 4 days to get them all. They are never ready all at the correct time. Between all in my family, we do a lot of business there, but it is getting harder and harder to keep us going there. So slow. Pharmacist could care less if people get served. I worked in pharmacy for 10 years. This pharmacy is one of the worst I have seen managed. Like I said, we have so many meds and the prices are the reason we come back.

Freaking terrible. I can understand a few bad experiences. But its literally EVERYTIME i try to get my meds they're so slow like so slow. Its awful. I do not recommend this place at all.

20 minutes and counting with the phone ringing. Called during their open times. This is insane since I only need to fill 1 medication.

This place is ridiculously slow. Plan on 1 hour minimum to get your prescription. It should not take 10-20 min for each person at the drive thru. Maybe the pharmacist should come up with a better plan with his/her assistants to speed up the simple process of filling a prescription. Might want to have a class on building character with their employees as well.

They have always notified me when my prescriptions come in and I've never had a problem with them yet. Their service is always great and accurate.
