Bad place the employees say they don't have the parts without even searching the computer you enter the store they are talking with each other you will be ignored a complete waste of time and I come multiple come always the same I don't recommend this place

I ordered an item shown in stock, came to the store, my order didn’t exist. They stated they never had the item. They ordered it to the store to arrive 2 days after I needed it. They did not notify me my order would not be avilable to be picked up. They claimed they called. No call, no text, no email, no voicemail. If you have to have soemthing replaced kits go anywhere else in the city. Or just avoid Auto Zone at all costs if you can.

I'll admit I got what I needed. Would have been nice to have a hand finding what I was looking for. I was a store in Louisville KY. Customer service could have been a bit better; really friendly guys though.

Came in to see if they had a part in stock; had one employee acknowledge my presence only to be ignored until another employee came along and asked him if I have been taken care of. Customer service at this location needs major improvement! Won't be returning to this location ever again.

Worst customer service ever. As I walked into the front door, the “manager” Austin rudely told me I needed to ask now if I wanted a part from behind the counter. I informed him I would if I needed one because I wasn’t sure I would be getting everything here or not. He then acted annoyed and told me I needed to do it now then shop. I ignored that comment. After shopping for $80 worth of stuff I decided I would just grab the gasket I needed for my truck which Autozone.com said they had. I went to Austin because he was the only one checking out guest and after scanning my purchases I informed him I needed the gasket. He sighed as he slammed the scanner down and angrily walked to the computer to check for the part. Completely rude and visually annoyed he “checked” and said they didn’t have it. I went to leave and double checked the website which said they had them in stock. I went back in to check and gave him the part number. He told me “yeah it’s not here I can check other stores” I said I would like that and he responded again with an attitude. What kind of joke is this place to allow such a rude, hostile and inconsiderate person to “manage” their business. I will not be back there and suggest you take your business to a professional parts place also.

Food is always good at Penn Station. They had three workers, a table of 4 customers and myself at lunch time today. They could not take my order and prepare food at the same time, I waited several minutes and the had to key my order in 3 times. Help at this business is stupid. Not stopping back in.

Had to stop in with emergency with my car and needed a certain oil and part to take to mechanic and they were right on it with the parts and were very friendly. Also gave me some good advice that will help keep my repair costs down.

Disappointing parts run experience Mary the lady at the counter sold me the wrong part came back had to go to three different registers to do a return before we could get the right part corrected Did not offer additional discount due to the mix-up used a ngift card said it would be 48 hours before the money on a gift card to be put back on had to pay with a credit card really disappointing
