8 Best auto parts store in Louisville, Kentucky (KY) 2024

I had a great experience at this location. I was having issues with my battery and with the help of Roshawn, found out I needed a new one. It was the first time he had ever installed a battery and he did a great job. Sarah, the manager, was also super helpful in assisting him install it and gave me some great advice pertaining to batteries. I would definitely come back to this location in the future for car troubles! ~Breanna

Not always having in stock at store level all items in which I look for, items can be ordered. Most of the time the staff is super helpful and friendly, really just depends on if there over worked or not. Still the cheapest place to buy parts in comparison with their competitors for new parts. Second best would be salvage yards if price is an issue. ~Amanda

I guess they only like a certain kind of customer at this place. If you a minority they ignore you when walk in. Nate specially stood there 5 mins while everyone was just sitting around. But must be a company thing cause you can see who they only hire. ~DANIEL

Glenn,Adam and Natasha do a great job. Easy to get along with and treat you very well. Jeff,Roger,Adam,Joe,Jeremy and the others do a great job with parts delivery. Overall one of the best parts house in the business ~Rex

The best part about this place is that they are great neighbors. When one of their cars uses a side street, they consistently drive extra slowly. It speaks volumes about how they respect the community. ~Doug
