Eww, First impression of Louisville...That store looks like a bomb went off at 830 pm on a Tuesday. Most items gone, floor filthy and no carts to be had. Just a nasty experience.

In the last few years this has went from one of the best to maybe the worst Kroger in all of Louisville. Across for different pickup orders now I have been given smoked sausage that had been expired for three months, ground beef that had been expired for 10 days, rice cakes that were expired for four months, and today another ground beef that expired two days ago. This is a health hazard at this point. The service desk is always closed so there’s no way to get a return or refund. You have to go in and find a cashier who is also a functioning supervisor so you can swap the item out. The aisles are full of boxes and pallets and employees since they don’t pay anyone to stock the shelves at night anymore. Stuff is still always out of stock. Just a terrible place to shop.

Pretty good Kroger, have everything you would expect and is clean and well maintained. Occasionally lines run all the way down the aisles and checkout takes forever, but many of the self checkouts are sitting closed. Can be frustrating to shop here at certain times of the day because of that.

I agree with all the other reviews. Self check out lanes are closed, long lines and customer service is always closed. I hate to even go in there, but it's close to where I work. I go in only to get mad and walk back out. Someone needs to take control of the situation. This store gives Kroger a bad name.

Empty bread shelves, crowded isles with employee carts and self checkouts crowed with carts so they cannot be used. Five out of twelve self checkouts working. Not the Kroger of history. No quality or choice. Prices are high because the shareholders want more profits. Bananas at .56 cents, Walmart sells same for .45 cents. Set of three whisks on sale for $5.59, Walmart has the very same brand at everyday price of $3.49. Shop here if you enjoy wasting money and time. Look at this, 80/20 Ground Beef?

This is the worst Kroger's in all of Louisville Kentucky there is never any managers or supervisors that care to work they might be here but they're always hiding they never come out when you need help I've been waiting for 10 minutes right now and still no one has came to see what the issue is. I have asked repeatedly and get looked at like I'm an inconvenience because one of their machines ate my money. Do not shop at This store if you can help it

Their money center is both never open and their money order machine sucks and your bank won't accept it and they won't do anything to even try to help you or give you ideas. The manager wouldn't even come up to talk to me, and an employee took a photo of my money order and then lied to me when she said that she didn't but then I heard her manager on the phone say something about it. Absolutely terrible, I left the store crying and incredibly angry. I tried to go to the money center to get things figured out more than 6 times, their store is barely functional and the management is non existent.

Lived in the area for a year and a half now, it’s crazy how terrible this store has gotten in this short amount of time. Lines all the way down the aisles. Produce is usually old and rotten. Products hardly on the shelves. Security hardly will let you in past 9.30pm because the checkout lines are constantly long and they are strict on closing at 10. Won’t be surprised if this closes down sometime in the future.

Every employee seems friendly and helpful. The store is in ruins. It's always stocking. Never able to handle the business they get. They get robbed all the time. They need more employees. They need to pay employees enough to attract them and make them care about their jobs. Kroger made almost 4 billion in profit last year. They are taking it off the sweat of their employees and don't care enough about their customers to invest in a safe and well run store.

Often there are no carts, no baskets, very few lanes open with long lines, out of most items we want, they list things as available for Pick Up, but out of 50% of it, employees don’t try to help. Not a fun experience
