Well, some may like the changes, but I do not. I had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2020, and a mini stroke last week I was out of milk and had to get some. I live alone and there's no one to shop for me. They only have U-scan lines and I had to try and remember how to use them. This is not fair to loyal customers of forty years. When the bottom line is more important than people. I plan to give my patronage to another store... where they have people to assist if needed, and people matter more than profits!!!!

Today me and my husband went to This Walmart, they had 2 lines open both to the back of the store after we stood in line for over 45 mins to cash a check while seeing 5 employees all talking at the desk, the lady tells my husband and she can't cash the check cause she is going on break but she will when she comes back. Said he can stand back in the line again. I have never in my life been so mad. This store needs to be shut down. And all employees fired.

Parking lot it's completely chewed up with potholes. Store after redesign doesn't even allow for two carts to pass side by side in the aisle. Which means the store is now laid out in a one way direction. Oh and if you want to get laundry detergent you have to get a store associate because it's locked up. And you can only imagine how long that takes.

Only self-checkouts, no cashiers. Took me over 12 minutes to check myself out. Had problem with getting bags open. Next time if I have to use self-checkout and there were managers just standing around talking. I am just going to just leave my basket full of groceries and go to Kroger. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in 3 weeks.

Just moving to the area, it was my 1st time to the store. I had my grandson with me, Belinda went out of her way to help me, and made everything so much easier, and made a great first impression on the store. Thank you Belinda. It's a great place to stop and grab essential items, it doesn't have everything a Walmart Super Store does.

I did grocery pickup without looking at the location! 🤣 I just clicked the GPS and then was confused that I wasn't at my "regular Walmart", until I checked the pickup email again. Probably the happiest accident ever! The associate who loaded my order in the trunk of the car was so polite and sweet! They were out of one item that I ordered two of, and she let me know it was out of stock, yet they have trucks arriving daily to restock the store. I wish all the store associates were like her!!!!

Like a regular size grocery but the prices of the bigger store. Less overwelming sensory experience and a few more items. Well stocked includes a pharmacy. I only wish it were closer and they stocked "fresh-pet: food logs for Dogs and Cats.
