7 Best department store in Louisville, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Like a regular size grocery but the prices of the bigger store. Less overwelming sensory experience and a few more items. Well stocked includes a pharmacy. I only wish it were closer and they stocked "fresh-pet: food logs for Dogs and Cats. ~Angelique

Great! Friendly and quick service despite a busy store. I found mugs that are definitely inspired by the art of the old movie "The Last Unicorn" and am just over the moon about it. I don't know anywhere else these mugs are available! ~Scanlon

I shop in the big and tall section. Love the two regular employees there.. An older woman and gentleman. So friendly, positive and helpful. Companies don't get reviews... employees do.. and these two are awesome. Wish I knew their names. ~Jerry

I was in your store on Thursday, August 11 and was shocked at the overall condition of the front of the store. There was literally junk strewn from one end to the other. To top it off, I had the misfortune of having to use the ladies restroom. It would rather have used a public gas station. This is not the Target I have been used to. What a shame. ~Pat

Plus size chicks...this is the Kohl's location you should be shopping at! They have a large selection of plus size clothing! They even have the clothes that you usually have to order online because they haven't made it to the sales floor yet. Nice and clean. ~R.

I was in Dillard's trying to find a dress for a wedding and an associate named Brenda took the time to answer my questions while helping 5 other customers. She made it a positive shopping experience. I could've shopped anywhere but because of her I'll be back. ~Sarah
