This place is a joke anymore. Closed down one whole sides worth of registers with four people doing returns with two people in line totally makes sense. I watched multiple people sit there items down and walk out. Seriously if I didn’t need to buy a new belt and shirt for a wedding in 2 hours I would’ve walked out too. I’ll make sure to go to the outlet mall from now on. This place use to convenient, now it’s just a headache.

This location seems completely unable to staff their store effectively. It doesn't matter what time I come here, or what day of the week, the checkout line is excessively long. Every single time. Management doesn't react and call extra staff up to help alleviate the issue: they leave the 2 or 3 cashiers to fend for themselves. And this isn't just a problem with retail overall. I can go to Target or other similar stores and checkout in a reasonable manner. If it wasn't for Kohl's cash, I would drive right past this store and go to the Jtown Target every time. I'm returning to this store less and less, and will continue to avoid this store until I can checkout in less.time than it takes to get an oil change.

Tried to return something without a receipt because Kohl’s prides themselves on taking returned items and got nothing but a snooty attitude from their manager. Also I wish someone would’ve told me whenever I checked out that electronics have 30 days to be returned versus apparel has 180 days. Got my friend an electronic she tried to use it for the first time and it didn’t work so I’m out $90 on an electronic and it’s safe to say kohls will never get my business again.

Always a good deal to be had at Kohls, with the Kohls cash and I always seem to have a discount in my Kohls wallet. I always enjoyed the jewelry section, it has been changed to the Sephoria section these days. Not really a complaint, but now I have 1 less section I can browse in, but best believe my girlfriend has found her new spot to hang out in when we visit Kohls. Never had an issue with any employees, they are always kind and helpful if needed. Today, while there we noticed that one side of the store had all registers closed due to staffing issues I would assume. Again, no big deal though. We waited in the checkout line less than 5 minutes.

Do NOT order online at the Bardstown Rd, Louisville, store and expect to pick up curbside. They advertise curbside pickup through kohls.com, but when you get there, the signs in the parking lot say, "We're sorry. You'll have to come in to the store to get your order." A waste of time and fuel, and I could NOT go in the store due to COVID. This happened to me last year as well. I understand staffing shortages, but Kohl's refuses to compensate customers for their misleading marketing. I called customer service and asked them to ship my order at their expense but Kohl's said, "Nope, can't do that." I will not shop at Kohl's again, and I will be contacting consumer protection to demand a stop to Kohl's fraudulent marketing tactics.

Not sure if its a staffing problem or what, but trash on the floors clothing items thrown all over. This place is filty. Returns and purchase have to stand in the same line, which is 12 people deep. Looks like the store might be closing. All of the jewelry counters have been cleaned out and are empty. Dont think I will be back to this location

Store was well organized and the workers were very friendly.

Made a return. Kept one item that used the $5kohls reward cash from my Amazon return. The Young Associate was very cordial but asked the older woman if I could use the kohls cash from Amazon return and was told no Amazon transfer coupons. So I returned everything $72.04. Then the young lady hands me a $5 kohls cash coupon…are you kidding me?! So I said can I purchase that one item a child’s book using this coupon…”yes”! I told her we could have alleviated all this customer dissatisfaction from the get go if she would have said I get another coupon. On my way out the two older women were unprofessional and started gossiping about my interaction with an elderly female customer that was next in line as I was leaving! I found the store manager who was professional and told me they were wrong to advise the very friendly young lady that waited on me incorrectly. She should be put in a supervisory position when she gets well trained! Gossiping loudly especially when a customer departs is just bad practice.

I enjoy shopping at this store. Almost always find what I am looking for and at reasonable prices. Place is always clean and staff is always friendly. Update(04/04/2022): store is going thru some renovation so a bit of a mess right now but still found what we were looking for and staff was friendly.

Very clean and the employees were there ready to help but not all surrounding over my shoulder type help. They asked me one time if I needed help at the jewelry counter, I said I was just looking and they left me alone. I really was just kind of seeing what kind of things they sold, wasn't really there to purchase anything unless the right thing caught my eye. Wish they had more name brands other than Under Armour and Nike. Will definitely be going back for some home decor the next time I am in the market.
