I've been getting my clothes from here recently my only issues is they never have the size I want in whatever shirt or shorts or pants and I have to order it online but i enjoy shopping there more then online I hate buying clothes online because most of the time I'm buying an outfit for that weekend or day

The only way to get them would be to order online.Are you kidding me? The staffing level was way to low. They would not allow their own customers to go in or out of these doors. However their own employees used it regularly. I watched 25 people have to walk down to the other entrance in the five minutes I sat there. So they had enough customers to have the doors open. I made a complaint while I was there however I heard it's not my job. So sad people cant think for themselves and do what's right or at least extend the customers view so their voice is heard. Just another case of management taking advantage of their employees reducing labor and using covid 19 as a excuse. My voice will be heard as a echo. My business will not return

This particular Kohl's location has EXCELLENT customer service! I was quite impressed at the extra mile in effort these associates gave to ensure that I found what I needed. I wish all retail department stores gave service like these beautiful customer service and retail reps. The store was cleaner than most and well staffed! Kudos to this Kohl's location!
