Been in Drive Thru for over 45 mins just to get an Rx… Same car has been at the window, don’t understand why they don’t make them drive back around so others can get what they need…Not even if it was a Covid test should it be taking this long. Horrible Service!!!

Was on schedule to have Covid test. Received reminders several times even a few minutes before my appointment. When I arrived at the appointment time they said they were closed as they had nobody to do the tests. It was essential I get the test as it was to clear me for surgery. Called back 2 times during the day and the gentleman I talked to acted like he had no concerns at all for the customers like me who were left stranded. Update. Gave my phone number to the manager twice so they could call me and decided when I could come in for the tests. No one ever called me back.

SSLOWWWWWW pharmacy. Every car in front of me is at the window atleast 20 minutes every time I come here. Yet, when I get to the window, it takes about 2-3 minutes. So, if people are at the window and their prescription isn’t ready they need to pull up or park and go inside. They shouldn’t be allowed to sit at the window when their prescriptions clearly are not ready.

I used to shop at this CVS weekly. Now that I've had 2 bad experiences with manager Alberto I will shop elsewhere. I feel bad for the cashiers that have to wait for him to show up...type in a code and disappear before he even sees if he will still be needed..then the customer has to wait all over again. Poor customer service

I came to pick up some pictures and if it wasn’t for the phone ringing, I don’t think the cashier would’ve tended to me for another few minutes. She was also kind of rude to whoever she was talking to on the phone and a little rude to me also.

This is the worst CVS there is to fill prescriptions ! It's the computer system they have , it seems like everytime they have an issue with my doctor's license number. They say we are going have to call because my doctor's license number is coming up invalid. I've had the same issue several times there and I usually just wait and go back the next day and pick up my prescriptions , but the other day I went and it happened again so I just took my prescription back left and went straight to Walgreen's pharmacy on Union road and they filled it in 20 minutes ! From here on out I'm done with all CVS pharmacy's ! I've switched to Walgreen's !

CVS is the worst when it comes to customer service. Managers have no clue and will literally argued with me over an item that they advertised to have in the store but never seem to have it. How do a store advertised an item and never seem to have it at all? I offered to pay for the items if they can just order it for me in the store. They said to go online and order it from there. Well.... guess what!!!! Online said it’s only available in stores so I can’t even order it online. I went to 3 different stores and not any store near me has it. I called customer service spoke to a manager in regards to this matter he basically tells me that if I wanted it that bad than I better go get it at a different locations which 25 miles away from me. Why advertise something that you never carry it in the store or online? CVS managers are rude, ridiculous and will literally argued with a customer. Don’t waste your time going to these stores b/c they literally have no clue to help anyone.

I even called at 6 and was told it eoilf take another hour max and 7:15, still no meds or explanation. The other CVS on new hope is fantastic. I just moved in the area from Stanley and i was pretty happy to know that another cvs was close by. If i had known at the time how much trouble this cvs would give me i would have transferred them to a different store. I have 4 people in my family on various medicines and EVERY single time i tried to transfer medicine here they tell me they never got a transfer. I Have done the automated transfer and after 2 failed transfers i decided i would talk to someone the last two times and guess what.... they never received those transfers either. This is the hardest place to get things filled because they don't transfer like your ask them to. Go to the cvs about 5 mins down they road and get meds filled there. They are much more competent.
