I went into the Pharmacy to get Sinus & Cold meds. I I will not go back in that store. The Pharmist was not friendly at all. I'm not a druggie, they sure made me feel that way. Never did get the meds. Their machine would not let them sell it to me. Want be goin back in their with those hateful people.

I had a terrible experience with Christy (and or Chrissy) the Pharmacist at this location. Nasty, Nonchalant attitude when I went in to get a RX filled. Belittled me and automatically made an assumption about my RX needs without actually pulling up my chart. I don't know the polices and procedures of the Pharmacy boards as a patient and what could have been a teaching moment for me the patient turned into a verbal lashing from her!

I have had now 3 issues with 3 different prescriptions at this location the latest one being my insulin. Instead of calling me to tell me prescriptions are out of stock or that my insurance doesn’t cover them they wait until I show up to get them. I’m very disappointed with the communication from this location and will be switching to a different pharmacy.

Took 45 minutes just to pick up a order that should have been ready. Got there at 3:15 with only one couple ahead of me, took about ten minutes just to get acknowledged. Was asked if I was picking up, I said yes. Was told since it had to be ordered it would be 15 minutes. True but when ordered was told the day before would be ready "tomorrow". That's vague so a customer could assume it would be ready early in the day, and certainly by 3 in the afternoon. But okay I gave you time, came back twenty minutes later and still had to wait about another ten just to get done (receipt shows 4:01). Was only one employee- CVS needs to think about their scheduling employees and employees need to learn about being honest in how long it takes to process orders

The store manager Trish is ALWAYS out back smoking, I'm not sure if she ever does any work. I do know that when she is on register she reeks of old grandma Pall Malls. Gross!
