This was the worst gas station in Gastonia My husband parked to get gas and walked in there was another African American man outside asking for change, he went in the store got gas and the lady accused him of asking for money. When he explained to her that she was mistaken she was very rude and nasty. She basically said because he was black that it had to be him....this happened tonight at 12:35 am and it was the women at the register on third shift...I will definitely be filling a complaint and maybe a legal suit for racial discrimination

Go here every morning before work I work at 430am but today a lady worker was outside smoking when I pulled up and told me they open at 6am so I had to go to QT which is a inconvenience at 321 in Gastonia

Absolutely the worst bathroom I have ever been in! There was literally human excrement all over the front of the toilet and the floor. I wanted to vomit the minute I walked in to that bathroom! I will never enter this establishment again.

Horrible station! The restrooms are filthy. There was no tissue in the ladies restroom. I asked the cashier and he said they are completely out. I told him he should put a sign up so people know. As I was awaiting my family to come out I saw a huge unopened box of toilet tissue. I told the cashier there is a whole box of tissue and he nonchalantly said " I didnt know" . No kidding.... He then had the nerve to tell me to loose my attitude. That disrespectful boy should loose his job immediately. As I have seen from other reviews no one is addressing the horrible reputation of this location. Do not stop here EVER!!!

The reviews that are low are accurate. The restrooms were nasty and dirty, such as the outside of the building with overflowing trash bins as well as trash on the ground. Don’t eat the hot dogs! I’m pretty sure they were sitting out for an extended period of time! They had no napkins at all and the clerk didn’t care at all! The only positive was the price/value of the soda. May sound a little crazy but the Diet Dr.Pepper was nice and cold and carbonated just right! If only they can get the rest of the stuff together. Disappointing as QT will continue to take their business if this continues.

Bathrooms were terrible. No soap or paper products in bathroom. All trash receptacles so full, the garbage had to be set around cans. Cashier finally stopped playing with her phone so I could tell her about paper products, but was met with no understanding. Hopefully she'll make the next level on candy crush. Truly the worst convenience center I've been to in a long time.

Waited outside due to a sign on the door saying that they we're cleaning the restrooms but hey another employee was out there washing the pumps. Why close the store when you have 2 works. I just need to stop coming here, all you get is an attitude on top of a dirty store.

Stopped on my way through. They charged me for my gas, my car wash AND a $55 holding charge. I was assured it would be credited back within 24 hours but it's been 3 days! Can't even get anyone on the phone to get it straightened out. Going to avoid this place at all cost. Literally.....
