I went grocery shopping with my wife. She normally does all the shopping, Thank God. The only thing I noticed it seemed they had so many displays in the way, no body could move around smoothly. Having said that I love my Krogers and the people who work at my K.rogers

I’ve always like this Kroger but recently the frozen foods have been awful. Ice cream is freezer burned and I bought pop cycles and they were deformed , definitely looked like they melted and refrozen . Didn’t surprise me after recently shopping there they have one person with 5 pallets out on the floor. Literally saw ice cream melting on the floor. Won’t get my frozen foods there anymore

Worse experience ever today with the blond hair pharmacist. Had an issue with a script that I needed for a serious medical condition. I have no proof that my daughter ever picked them up but they said my daughter got it along with six more. I stated that she could have lost it but I needed it filled today and I would pay for it. I waited at the drive through for 30 minutes to get to the window and pharmacist said he would not refill it for me while I was at window. I told him it would take five minutes to put them in a bottle while I waited but he refused. He said that I had to come back in 45 minutes and sit in line another 30 minutes. I told him I needed it for a serious medical condition and he said he would not fill it today. He then pulled the blind down at the window. He has no problem solving skills and his solution to resolving a serious medical related issue was to withhold the medicine I needed. I was upset but not angry at all. I was adamant about needing the medicine now. Their drive through is closed much of the time leaving people with disabilities like myself without a way to pick up needed meds. Also filled a medical neglect with Kroger corporate.

Parking lot is constantly filthy, pharmacy is constantly packed and slow, and how in the world is Walmarts shelves always stocked and full and Krogers shelves are empty. Prices are no different at either place!

It was a ok experience. Kind of a unfriendly cashier. Also I bought boots that were suppose to be half off but it didn't ring up that way. I got home before I noticed so I had to go return them. Again not a very friendly cashier at the desk. But I know not everyone can have a good day every day. Maybe I'm just to friendly. 😊

Kroger has a great meat department and produce section also. They are always well stocked on products, and run good sales. I use my Kroger card to get money off on gas, which is located right next to the store. Very convenient location. They have a drive thru pharmacy, floral department, and the deli has a wide variety of foods, even fresh sushi, it's good, I tried it. They have many registers for you to check out your own purchases that always move fast. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This store was fully stocked, clean and bright with lots of good deals - I bought much more than I intended when I walked in the door. I had a little trouble finding things, so I asked rather than just walking around aimlessly, and the woman stocking the shelves was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and correct. This store is out of my neighborhood, but worth the drive and close to other stores and restaurants (post-COVID).
