Customer service and experience lacking here for quite a while now. Most simple prepackaged medicines or pills they still will tell you an hour or more to get it ready. Also make sure they are open before driving there. Multiple times I have been there an hour before they close (Listed on their website.) No sign or anything, just closed. If there people at the counter didn't hate their job and actually stayed open as posted this review may give up.

This morning is literally the 8th month in which I’ve had issues with this pharmacy. NORMALLY, they respond to my frustrations of my refills with courtesy. This morning a lady that spoke with me was not only curt and extremely condescending, she basically told me that my frustrations and the process of how this is handled for refilling prescriptions is not how I’ve been explained to before. Go to another Kroger Pharmacy, the one on lower Brownsboro Rd. I never had problems at that location. I’m beyond giving this Holiday Manor location any benefit of the doubt. They need a crash course (specifically the pharmacist or pharmacy tech answering the phone this morning of 2/26/2020 between 8:50 am - 9:05 am) in customer service and a severe attitude check. I will not be having my Rx sent to that location anymore. It’s better to drive to another state than to deal with the crisis I’ve dealt with EVERY TIME I have a refill there.

Has been my home pharmacy for years. I've never had a bad experience any time I've picked up/filled a medication here. Love all the Pharmacy Techs and their great customer service and friendly attitude! I highly recommend this pharmacy!
