Location is ideal, staff has been very courteous when visiting this store. Shipping has been quick, no long lines like at the post office. When picking up large packages, this store offers an easy to use commercial dolly to roll stuff to your car.

The email I received told me that UPS was my provider for my packages. FedEx apparently had the last portion and had most of the information incorrect and zero way to contact me due to incompetence. I have zero access to a vehicle and live in supposedly secure apartments that only keep my packages from getting to me, not the riff raff that come and go the moment management leaves, out. I understand that drivers are underpaid and over worked, but that is no excuse for poor work ethic or lack of oversight by the shipping and receiving departments. If you read these at all FedEx higher ups, fix it, this goes for all shippers small and large, cause UPS and USPS have also done this to me.

Had a small valuable item shipped with priority on quick delivery, not realizing until the next day I see my item is severely undervalued (marked as only 10% of actual value), was sent through ground (10 days, keep in mind I specifically asked for quickest possible delivery) and to top it off they charged an absolutely ridiculous price for some of the slowest shipping possible. I had a terrible experience at the Fed Ex Office at Crossroads yesterday. I requested 2-color copies of my new Passport with Jennifer M. and was told it was $17 cents each. Jennifer only printed a half-page copy, so I said I wanted 2-full page Portrait style color copies. I noticed Jennifer took a very long time, and had much trouble getting the full-page copies. Finally, she produced 2-acceptable copies, but said if I wanted to keep the multiple half-page copies, she would have to charge me, and I said no. Jennifer then threw several copies of my Passport in the trash, to which I immediately demanded that she "shred" all these smaller copies to protect my personal info !! At check-out, Jennifer told me she made a mistake, and the full-page copies were actually 69 cents each, or $1.38 total, to my astonishment !! Very poor customer service and disgruntled staff at this location, so I would avoid this office. Next time, I will go to Office Max for any printing needs.

Disastrous, terrible, lousy customer service. The gentlemen who work at the front cashier, he is unknowledgeable about overnight shipping prices. It was a painful experience overpriced because he didn't know what he was doing. Avoid the hassle of going here, the staff aren't friendly nor helpful and lazy.
