Very helpful! Only thing is the store is very dirty. Glass has not been cleaned floors not vacuumed. Overall they did exactly what I need done.

There was one person working end of the line extended from the counter all the way out the door. He was courteous. He worked through that line so fast. It was really a good experience.

Tried to drop off a package on Sunday morning, at the store by Best Buy, website says opens at 9am get to the store around 920 and there's a line outside the door and a hand written sign on the door says open 930am, at 940am I left and they still weren't open and no lights on for business, came back around 1130 and there's 1 person behind the counter and a line from the counter to the door and more people walking towards the door, the young man behind the counter didn't seem very happy to be there, we will NOT be back to the store and UPS will be notified of the poor service.

I went there on Saturday April 16 2022, it was very busy, there was only one employee, he was very good, very fast, very friendly and he knew what he was doing.

I surprised the employees by walking in when the door should have been locked after 6:40pm. I had checked online and apparently Google defaults to the central Rochester location hours first not the one closest to you it seems so I was there after the 6:30 closing time. Instead of kicking me out and taking my packages back out and reloading them into my car and creating a bad situation the employees took my 2 oversized (but light and mostly air) Amazon returns after telling me that it was the other locations that were open until 7:30 that I looked up and then made sure that the door was properly closed after I left. I do appreciate them taking the extra time to get me taken care of instead of sending me across town to be mad at UPS at someone else's end of day. So a big thank you for that.

Hours posted online and on door say they open at 8am. I arrived at 8:30am and the store was locked & closed. I understand folks are dealing with understaffing, however if you have a change in hours due to this- please post them so the public is aware. You had several customers sitting and waiting until they got fed up and left.

Most of the employees are decent but there are consistently lines of 15-20 people waiting. Maybe if their drivers actually delivered packages that were already signed for online, they wouldnt be so slammed with people all the time. They need more staff.

Don't go here first thing on a Wednesday morning. 8:00 AM, door opens, already 10 people in line ahead of me. Only 2 staff. I already had my package labeled and ready to go, I just needed it to be scanned in. Nonetheless, still had to wait in line 10-15mins for 3 sec of service. Why isn't there a kiosk to just drop off your pre-labeled packages??? A self-serve scanner? It would be so simple to implement! (USPS does a much better job at this and their self-serve set up, unfortunately, my package had to be sent via UPS). There is no clear delineated spot to drop off packages, no bin, no signs... Apparently only staff have the power to scan in your labeled box with their little scanner. Annoyed by the inefficiency.
