This is one of the most frustrating experiences. After paying a lot of money for overnight delivery, 3 days later my package is still in come truck and nobody can help. They keep Giving you the run-around and nobody is responsible! This is not my first bad expert with FedEx and this facility. Completely unreliable and unhelpful!!!

Fedex is consistently late, and only sometimes delivers packages to the right address. Their customer service reps are either very poorly trained or taught to lie. I only only ship with fedex when I have no other option, to the point where I'll look for another merchant if fedex is the only option. Despite this I still have more problems with fedex than every other shipping service combined. (Generally I receive several packages a week, maybe once every month or so from fedex.) My experiences reflect many of the other one star reviews this carrier has received. I don't feel a need to go into detail, just another word of caution to avoid this carrier if at all possible.

If at all possible, I will never utilize fedex's services another day in my life. What an ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company. In short: Package that required a signature needed to be delivered to an apartment building. Delivery person made no attempt to get said signature from me and left the "sorry we missed you" tag on the mailbox in the entryway of the building. (Who in the world would be able to wait all day for a package in the lobby of their apartment building just to meet some second-rate, lazy delivery person who can't bother to walk the package to the correct place?) Making every attempt to solve the problem, I sign the tag authorizing the delivery person to leave the package without an in-person signature and attach it to my apartment unit door. In addition, I leave multiple notes in the entryway of the apartment building instructing the next person to come to my apartment unit. The next day, they come with the package, ignore the notes I left, and again leave a "sorry we missed you tag" on in the entryway. No attempt was made to contact me to get the package. There have been a million hoops to jump through in this process - way too many to list on a review. In short, this company has one purpose: deliver packages in the mail. Apparently they cannot accomplish this one, simple task. This is incredibly frustrating and exasperating to be forced to deal with such incompetence to receive a box in the mail.

Would give zero stars. Driver stopped on Wednesday so I went to truck to get package. He couldn't find it. Said it must be on another truck. I checked that evening on its shipping status. Stated "Customer not available--business closed". Bull---I was there, I talked to the driver. On Thursday package still wasn't delivered. Checked on shipping status and it said "Delivered--Left on Front Porch". A complete lie. I was home all afternoon sitting 15 feet from the front door. No truck, no driver, no package. Obviously the Fed Ex employees are allowed help themselves to packages to supplement their income. "You'll be paid $xx.xx an hour and then you can help yourself". Totally dishonest company.

I go to investigate to find a sticky note saying they "missed me." When really, they made no attempt to come to my door. Didn't even get a follow up on text notifications that I signed up for.

Horrible customer service. Had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up a package they failed to deliver. On duty manager blamed it on the original driver being new, but of course accepted no responsibility for poorly training said new driver.

I went to ship a heavy package and was informed to go to a different location. When I went to that location I was informed they do not weigh packages at that location. When I went back the next day the lady was able to straighten out that they can ship the package from the weigh in location as well. They are the new standard to shipping but have grown so rapidly some employees may lack proper information and handling skills.
