Have gone several months with mail coming a week or more late — or not at all. Filed several complaints locally and kept getting emails back that they had resolved our issue. Tried to call and the phone just rings — no one answers. Finally filed a complaint for mail theft/fraud. We will see if delivery improves.

Signs all over the exterior show self-service options (door even saying 24 hrs) but they no longer have a kiosk. So you have to wait in line to do the simple stuff. The people at this location are far better than the Valley High location.

Filed a claim online, because I didn't receive my mail one day. Spoke with a supervisor who told me the mail is processed in the cities and sent down to Rochester. I was asked if it was a possibility that I didn't receive mail that day, and I explained that I receive notification daily of what is coming in the mail. Was told someone would follow-up with me, and she'd have the worker for my route to look around /see if it could be located. I'm assuming it won't be being that it has been two weeks. Being that there are multiple complaints regarding missing mail it seems as though USPS isn't taking things seriously. I will be filing a complaint to the Attorney General's office.

They will steal your stuff! I had to file a police report on the carrier. If at all possible do not get anything of value delivered by this post office. I have had three packages stolen within 2 weeks. I was told that there is theft in the area but I was at my mailbox within 10 minutes after getting the notification that it had been delivered. I live in the country so it isn't as if there is a lot of traffic going by. What are the chances that something was stolen in a 10 minute time frame versus the chances that the mail carrier is stealing stuff.

We have had multiple pieces of mail not show up, my wife even had a bundle of mail show up that was from one year ago, and packages that have tracking that say they are delivered not be there. I have called and spoke to a supervisor, or least they say they are a supervisor, and have been told that there isn’t much they can do and it is because they don’t have a regular person to deliver to us. What?!?!?!? I don’t understand how not having a regular person makes it harder to put the mail in the right box.

And when he does drop big packages or boxes at our door, he doesn't make the effort to ring the doorbell or knock (is that so hard?), so sometimes our packages sit out there in the rain for hours before I notice something's out there, and when I open them they look like this:

They told me my package was delivered to wrong address (told us the address) and supposedly mail man would retrieve and drop it off. Well two months later no package. Glad someone else's dogs got treats n toys tho :) this is now the 2nd box not delivered into my mailbox when it says it was.

I have never seen such irresponsibility in my life. I ordered a dress, and the tracking number told me it would arrive yesterday at 8 pm. It ended up arriving at my house at 7:17, which I clearly wasn’t expecting, so no one was home to sign for it. I needed it the next day (today), so I woke up bright and early (before the window even opened) to get my package. The second the doors opened, I was the first one in line. After providing ID and the “missed package” slip, they started to look for it. And this is when everything took a turn for the worst. Keep in mind, I needed this dress for today. I already missed two big events in the morning for it, and was waiting for them to find it. A man comes out and explains to me that the person who was supposed to do my route was off yesterday, and they divided his route among multiple people, and this means it would take longer to find, as they had to look in many different places. Fair enough. After waiting for AN HOUR, talking to multiple workers and the supervisor, they took my number down and said they would call if they found it. However, that isn’t the worst part. The most annoying part is that they held me here for a whole hour, while I had a million other important events I missed while waiting for a problem that wasn’t even my own. To sum up, they 1. Delivered my package nearly an hour early, meaning there was no way for me to get it. 2. Had no idea who took over the section of the route where my dress was (irresponsible!!!) 3. Made me wait for an hour on the biggest day of the year for no reason. I will try to avoid this place at all costs from here on out, and you should too. The customer service is acceptable at best, and they can’t even keep track of where anything is.
