I want to echo the comments of Matt G. in his review below - as we live in the same neighborhood in Stewartville. Our USPS service has gotten so EXTREMELY poor over the last year or so. Lost mail left and right (both outgoing and incoming, biz and personal mail), mail being delivered at 9PM at night, mail taking a week plus to mail locally (has to go to St Paul for postmark/sorting, yeah who came up with that genius logic). The people in the local office are friendly and this is likely system wide USPS problem, but man oh man, mail service cannot be relied upon lately.
