I go here cause it's close to home but the people that work there don't have no customer service skills, And when you ask for help they don't even have extra help to send out to help. The managers are over worked and exhausted. You can see it. Then I bought some milk from there never again 5.00 and it exspired in 2 days. Broken glass candles 5.00 ask for a dollar off cause of glass being broken and got told no we didn't do it. So now I shop else where.

This family dollar is ghetto it had a sign on the door saying "sorry for your inconvenience be back shortly" all the lights were on, customers were pulling in coming to the door waiting for a little bit, then driving off, one worker from another family dollar also trying to get in but couldnt just like the rest of us.....I find it rude and inconvenient since I drove 17mins to get to this location and wanted for 20mins for any employee to come , another customer said that it had been 4hrs the sign has been on the door

Many of the things in this store are garbage I could get at a Chucky cheese for five tickets from playing a game of ski ball. Furthermore these stores need to stop calling themselves dollar stores if they price their stock over a dollar. At least at Dollar tree they have everything for a dollar, and they look like an a-bomb got dropped in the middle of a Black Friday sale. Pull together and just call your store Family Dollars.

Rude staff, mostly the manager guy. They are never waiting at the check outs they off doing other things talking it take them a long time to see your done. It's cluttered nothings priced and it's dirty. I look and a expiration date on a thing on cookies and it was December 2016 it's June 2017!
